Power2Practice<\/a> (P2P) is a practice management platform designed for integrative and functional practices. It consolidates charting, appointment scheduling, billing, secure e\u2011prescribing and customizable intake templates. The platform emphasizes efficiency and growth through built\u2011in revenue tools, patient engagement, analytics dashboards, and a strong support team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who can use this integration?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Only one Fullscript dispensary can be connected using the integration. Practitioners (not staff members) can use the Fullscript + Power2Practice integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To set up the Power2Practice + Fullscript integration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. As the practice admin user, log into Power2Practice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the menu icon ( <\/i> ).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click Admin<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. In the Fullscript authorization modal, you’ll be prompted to either Sign In<\/strong> to your existing Fullscript account, or Sign Up<\/strong> for a new account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          1. Once you’ve completed signing in or signing up, click I agree<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              1. Click the Choose HCPs to Integrate <\/strong>button to link Power2Practice providers with their corresponding Fullscript practitioners.                 Writing plans in Power2Practice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                Practitioners can only launch the Fullscript plan building tool<\/a> within a client\u2019s profile. The experience is fully embedded, giving access to the full catalog, favorites, templates, and patient history \u2014 just like the Fullscript web app. You can also cancel plans within the client\u2019s profile. If you want to edit a plan, there is the Edit\/Update button under a sent plan, which will redirect to Fullscript with that specific plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                To write a Fullscript plan in Power2Practice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                1. In the search field at the top of the page, search for and select an existing patient to open an existing chart or add a new patient.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  1. On the left-hand side, under the Ordering <\/strong>heading, click + Supplements.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    1. Start a plan for one of the providers in the authorized Fullscript account. If there are multiple providers, click Start recommendation<\/strong> under the corresponding provider.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      1. Add supplements<\/strong> to the plan in the same way that you would while searching the product catalog<\/a> in the Fullscript web app.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                        1. When you’re ready, click Review Plan<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        2. Complete the plan details and click Send to patient<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                          1. After clicking Send to patient<\/strong>, you’ll see a Confirmation<\/strong> message letting you know the plan was sent successfully. Click Checkout<\/strong> to proceed with in-office checkout, or OK<\/strong> to close the message.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                            You must be logged in to your Fullscript practitioner account for the redirect to In-office checkout to be successful.                             Where does the plan go in Power2Practice?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                            Recently recommended products can be viewed in the Supplement History<\/strong> section in a patient\u2019s profile. Products will be shown alphabetically, and the dosage instructions will be shown when you hover each one. The patient’s Current Supplements<\/strong> section is in the left-side panel of the patient\u2019s profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                            In the Supplements<\/strong> section of a patient\u2019s chart, click Supplement report<\/strong> next to the Order supplements<\/strong> heading. This generates a PDF listing the supplements and dosages the patient is taking, along with any notes and the start date, when the product was first recommended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                            For more information on a plan, like the date it was sent, look in the Embedded Fullscript tool. You can click on the side navigation to view the patient\u2019s plan history, as you would in the Fullscript web app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                            Disconnecting Fullscript from Power2Practice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                            To disconnect the integration in Power2Practice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                              \n
                            1. As the practice admin user, log into Power2Practice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            2. Click the menu icon ( <\/i> ).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            3. Click Admin<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            4. Under My Account<\/strong>, click Practice<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            5. Scroll to the NDC – Fullscript Configuration<\/strong> section and click the Garbage icon ( <\/i> ) to disconnect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            6. A prompt will appear. Click OK<\/strong> to disconnect your Fullscript and P2P Accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                              To disconnect the integration in Fullscript:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                Are there different versions of the integration available?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                                Only one version of the Power2Practice is available, and that’s the current Fullscript embed experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                Can I edit the Current Supplements section in a patient\u2019s profile in Power2Practice?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                                Yes. Select the menu icon in the top right, then select Admin, then Supplement Admin. This will give you the ability to edit, organize or delete the products listed in Current Supplements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                Can I recommend Fullscript Labs in the Power2Practice integration?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                                Fullscript Labs are not available in the Power2Practice integration. Providers can only recommend supplements through the integration, using the same product catalog and functionality that they would in the Fullscript app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
