Setting up the Tebra + Fullscript integration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To integrate your Tebra account with Fullscript:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in<\/a> to Tebra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click the Platform<\/strong> button in the top navigation bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click Patients<\/strong> in the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Find and select a Patient.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Go to Notes<\/strong> in the left-hand navigation bar, then enter an existing or create a new note.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Scroll down to the Plan<\/strong> section of the note and click Supplements.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Creating a plan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          The Fullscript integration with Tebra gives you the full Fullscript experience<\/strong>, embedded directly inside, just like using Fullscript\u2019s web app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          When building plans through the Fullscript integration, you can add supplements and labs to patient plans using the same tools available in your Fullscript provider account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          To create a Fullscript plan with Tebra:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. In a patient\u2019s profile, click Notes<\/strong> in the left-hand navigation bar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            1. Find an existing note, or create a new one.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Scroll down to the Plan<\/strong> section of the note, then click Supplements.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              1. In the Fullscript modal, patient information from Tebra is used to find matching Fullscript patient accounts. Select the patient from the list or search by name, then click Link Patient<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                If the patient doesn\u2019t have a Fullscript account, click Create Patient<\/strong> and enter their details. Then, click<\/span> Create and link patient<\/b> to complete creating their Fullscript profile.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

                1. Click Confirm link<\/strong> in the pop-up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                2. The Fullscript plan building tool will appear. You can add supplements <\/strong>and labs<\/strong> to begin building the patient’s plan. To add a product or lab test to the plan, find it in the Fullscript catalog and click Add to plan<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  1. When you’re ready, click Review Plan<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  2. After finalizing the plan, click Send to Patient<\/strong>. The patient will get an email from Fullscript with instructions to access it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  3. Click Copy Plan Notes<\/strong> from the plan confirmation page to copy and paste the plain text of the plan into your patient\u2019s note in Tebra.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    1. Click Return To Note<\/strong> at the bottom right of your screen to return to the patient\u2019s note and paste the plain text plan notes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      Where does the plan go in Tebra?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                      Both supplements and labs will be visible in your patient\u2019s profile when you click Copy Plan Notes<\/strong> after sending their Fullscript plan, then copy and paste the text into their Tebra plan note.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      Viewing lab results in Tebra<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                      No, Tebra allows users to add patients to Fullscript upon creating their first plan for that specific patient. Users click the Link Patient<\/strong> button, found in the Fullscript window after the user clicks Supplements<\/strong> on the patient note. They can then build the first Fullscript plan for that patient. The patient\u2019s information will be transmitted to Fullscript, and they’ll receive the standard setup notifications via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
