UPDATE: I have filed complaints with the Mississippi Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and the FTC. GoTickets then contacted me by email requesting a callback. I called twice. Both times they hung up on me as soon as I began explaining the situation. That alone tells you everything you need to know about this company. I was searching for tickets to Lettuce at The Joy Theater in New Orleans on April 30, 2026. GoTickets appeared at the top of my Google search results above the official Ticketmaster listing. Their site design mimics legitimate platforms which gave me false confidence. During checkout the page displayed "2 tickets" in the quantity selector with a countdown timer creating artificial urgency. The price "$145.00" was prominently displayed in large bold text with the word "each" buried in small gray print beside it. I did not realize what had actually happened until I received the confirmation email — only then did it become clear that I had been charged $163 for a single ticket, not the two tickets displayed on the screen. The ticket was resold through GoTickets by a reseller named Adrina Secjadas. The identical section was simultaneously available on Ticketmaster for $85.60. When I contacted GoTickets they refused any refund. I offered to transfer the ticket back — also refused. have the screenshot proving everything described above. Do not use GoTickets. Go directly to Ticketmaster or the venue box office.

Very disappointing experience with… Very disappointing experience with Tapin.gg as a seller. The biggest issue is that my $150+ payout has still not been paid even after more than a month. This is money I already earned from a completed order. I contacted support multiple times asking about the payout, but I either received no response or was told they are “not sure when the payment will be made.” What makes this even worse is that this problem is not only happening to me. The same thing has happened to some of my friends who also sell on this platform. They have also faced delayed or unpaid payouts, which makes it feel like sellers’ earnings are being withheld. Support only seems to respond when a customer places an order and they need something from the seller. But when sellers ask about their own payments or issues, the messages are often ignored. Because of this experience, I feel like my earnings have been withheld, which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. In total, more than $100+ of my earnings have been affected. I have now decided to stop selling on this platform. If you are a seller, be careful. Based on my experience and my friends’ experiences, I cannot recommend Tapin.gg. If my review is deleted, I will create 50 to 100 accounts and leave bad reviews on this site, especially for the idiots working here, particularly Almighty.

I had a wonderful experience at Izipizi on Kings Road thanks to Marta. She was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Her knowledge about the different styles and lenses was impressive. She patiently helped me try on several frames until I found the perfect fit. Marta gave honest and helpful advice without being pushy. I really appreciated her attention to detail and professionalism. She also shared useful tips on how to care for my new glasses. Thanks to Marta, the whole shopping experience was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend visiting Izipizi and asking for Marta if you want excellent service.

My mortgage transferred to Rocket Mortgage a few months back and they have now twice applied my payment incorrectly. I paid extra and instead of applying it to principle they applied it towards the next month payment. Then next month comes along and I pay the rest of the payment due and then make an additional payment towards principle only and they applied both payments to principle only. I cannot get ahold of any one from their customer service and I also put in an online service ticket that was supposed to be responded to within a certain period of time and instead I get no response. I would never willingly use this company.

I purchased from their website a Tusting Hettie Bag on March 13, 2026. Two weeks went by without the bag, without contact by phone or email. I was finally able to get a hold of the owner. They told me that they reached out to their contact with Tusting, and the bag was sold out. This isn’t true. I reached out to Tusting: They informed me that not only has Tusting not done business with Bradshaw Forbes for many years, but they had the bag in stock. I requested a refund from Bradshaw. I haven’t received it yet. I will be calling the police and the Better Business Bureau.

Horrible company. I bought two shirts and it took 6 weeks to get them…probably because they were being made in China and then took over the listed delivery to to be sent. Further the were not to size when I got them and the “support team” Howard to be precise kept using stall tactics and requesting photos with measuring tapes and each one he would respond was no flat enough or the tape was not exactly at the edge. They refused to send replacements or a refund and I had to go to Office of Fair Trade to get a resolution. No ethics or customer service.

Used to be a pretty decent service, but now everytime I log in on my home computer thats been connected to Netflix for a decade they try and lie about how this isn't part of my account. Then they don't give you an option to go to your profile from that window and you have to go out of your way to figure out how to get to your NETFLIX Account from a different website so you can "add your device" only to have it reset a couple days later and do it again. Absolutely trash "authentification" service that practically begs you to cancel with them.

Unintentional €30 charge after €1 trial - Requesting immediate refund "I signed up for a €1 trial on MyIQ.com, but I was charged €30 just one day after the trial ended. I did not intend to upgrade to a full subscription and I have not used the service since this charge occurred. I am exercising my legal right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) and I request an immediate refund of the €30. I have already reached out to customer support and expect a quick resolution.

Don't sit on it = Pass the buck.. . What a disappointing experience with a company that do not meet their promise's. Insured for missing items sent up to £750. Sent 23 items in a large box which did not get delivered using their supplied return Royal Mail label. They passed the responsibility onto me, but Royal mail said it was the supplier of the returns label to file a claim. Absolute shambles of a company. Steer Clear.

Ripped off YET AGAIN! Topped up £5 onto my emergency credit today to keep it on, which it would have. Just had a notification to tell me its gone and I now need to top up " minimum £14" to reactivate my supply!? I have used absolutely NOEHERE NEAR that much in 6 hours of simply watching TV! Absolute disgrace of a company.. this sort of constant thieving should be CRIMINAL!

Johnny was a true favourite with the kids at my party. He arrived on time and set everything up very quickly. The children loved his acts, and even the adults couldn’t stop laughing. I am so disappointed. I had an order on Etsy made by a client of one of my designs that was meant to be printed and mailed to them by Gelato. I set everything up as instructed and linked the two accounts. Still the order wasn’t sent to Gelato so now I have to refund the client. What an absolute waste of time.

Having purchased my first bit of audio kit from the Basingstoke branch way back when, they’ve never disappointed. Top service from a top High Street retailer.
