Content Provider Agreement

This Agreement is between you as a User and the owner of the website – , registered in United Kingdom, hereinafter referred to as the "Company", and regulates the Terms of Service, rights, responsibilities and obligations of the Content Provider, as registered user, and the Company. Upon accessing the Website or the Application (hereinafter “Site” or “App”) as a registered User (hereinafter the “User”), and by clicking 'I Agree' you confirm that you have read and agreed to the stipulations below, and declare that you are at least 18 years old. Further, you confirm that your participation is entirely voluntary, and that you are acting of your own free will, without any coercion, threats, force, or duress of any kind.

User Content includes any text, images, video, communication or other content or media associated with your Account, you publish or transmit via the Site or the App, or otherwise provide during your use of the Website. You agree that any and all User Content associated with your Account complies with all provisions set forth in this Agreement.

The Company has internal procedure for verification and approval of the Content providers in accordance with the requirement that adult content site owners must perform documented identity and age verification for anyone uploading content, and those who supply that content must themselves carry out the same checks for anyone depicted, as well as other regulations.

The User has the obligation to provide upon request a copy of government-issued ID or similar document according to the requirements for age and identity verification, as well as to ensure that the government identification is in the possession of, and belongs to, the content provider.

The Company reviews all uploaded content prior to publication to ensure that it is not illegal and does not otherwise violate various regulations, requirements and internal standards.

The Company explicitly reviews all uploaded content prior to publication to ensure that no child exploitation materials are presented or the depiction of non-consensual activities.

The Company prohibits the use, or in any way the promotion or facilitating, of human trafficking, sex trafficking or physical abuse.

The procedure for verification and approval of the content providers includes the following rules, and the content can’t include any of the following

• Defamatory, obscene, child pornography, harassing, illegal, or otherwise objectionable material (determination of which is in the Company’s sole discretion).
• Code, slang, and/or acronyms in reference to drug use, violence, or other illegal activity.
• Disparaging text regarding the Site, Services, Users, or the respective activity of the same.
• Express or implied promotion of a competitor website (determination of which is in the Company’s sole discretion).
• Disclosure of personal contact information pertaining to other Users.
• User’s personal contact information, except information disclosed via the Site’s permitted format.
• Images depicting subjects under eighteen (18) years of age at the time of creation.
• Text implying that any depicted person is under eighteen (18) years of age.
• Fake or inaccurate depictions of the User.
• Images, videos, or text published, or otherwise used, without the authorization of its legal owner.
• Every General Audience (G-rated) main photo for the User’s profile should not depict any nudity, sexual content, violence, drug and alcohol usage, or other content that may be considered offensive or illegal.
• Photos and text depicting alcohol, drugs, guns, scat, blood, torturing, banknotes or other violence.
• Copyrighted photos, unless a written and signed consent from the copyright owner is provided.
• Hardcore photos as main profile photo (explicit sexual content, sexual acts, ejaculation, use or depictions of sex toys and BDSM equipment).

The Company reserves the right, within its sole and absolute discretion, to reject and/or remove any User content. Violating any of the Site's content restrictions may result in suspension or cancellation of the User’s account.

The procedure of verification and approval of the content providers includes review and verification of the following mandatory information and characteristics:

• Email address
• Phone number
• Location
• IP address
• Headline and description text (About Me text)
• Date of birth
• At least one photo in the profile gallery
• Sexual orientation
• Height
• Weight
• Position
• Cock size
• Piercings
• Safe sex
• Smoking
• Tattoos
• Zodiac
• Age
• Foreskin
• Body hair
• Hair colour
• Eye colour
• Body type
• Race
• Services offered
• Spoken languages
• Personal preferences (I am into)

The Company strictly follows the principles of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

License Grant – The User hereby grants to the Company a royalty-free, perpetual, nonexclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, transmit, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, communicate to the public, and display such materials (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate such materials into any form, medium or technology now known or later developed. Further, the User hereby grants to the other Website’s Users, as defined in the User Agreement, a nonexclusive license to access the User Content via the Site and Services.

The User agrees that all license rights granted to the Company shall be fully sub-licensable, assignable and transferable, within the Company’s sole discretion, and without notice. Accordingly, the Company reserves the right to sub-license any and all User Content for use by any third-party entity or that which is under the Company’s legal control.

The User represents and warrants that has all rights, including intellectual property and publicity rights, to grant the license set out above. Uploading any User Content found to infringe upon the proprietary rights of another party may result in the deactivation or deletion of the User’s Account. Further, you declare that you are the original creator and legal owner of all content uploaded in your account.

The User agrees that by uploading User Content, he is consenting to the above license in its entirety, which provides the Company the right to reproduce, transmit, communicate, display or distribute User Content, on or as part of the Company’s Site(s) and/or App, on other internet sites or elsewhere, for promotional or commercial purposes, by means of any technology, whether now known or hereafter to become known.

By uploading User Content, the User consents to the license described herein and explicitly confirms that this is done voluntarily and knowingly, without being pressured, misled, or forced in any way to participate or provide such content. The Company may reproduce User Content in digital form for display on the Internet, either alone or in combination with other works, and may adapt, modify, or alter the content or create derivative works from it for promotional or commercial purposes.

Given the perpetual nature of the licensed rights in the User Content granted by the User to the Company, removal of any such User Content is within the Company’s sole discretion. Therefore, the User understands and agrees that upon termination or cancelation of his Account, any associated User Content may continue being utilized by the Site.

The User further agrees that in the event of a sale, assignment, transfer of substantially all of the Company’s assets, bankruptcy, reorganization, or receivership involving the Company’s Site(s), that any Content Provider, information associated with the Account Provider, the User’s identification documents, Section 2257 records, and any other data the User transmits or uploads to the Company, may be transferred to a third party without notice.

The User accepts sole responsibility for any activity or material associated with User’s Account. Should any User Content associated with User’s Account violate any laws or other applicable legal restrictions, the User’s actions shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

The User hereby authorize the Company to represent the User before third parties with regards to the regulations under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) for all of the User’s content uploaded on the Company’s Site(s) and App(s).
