ViVE provides real-world “blueprints” for virtual care and AI, so sites do not have to start from scratch. This includes workflow design, staff readiness, patient engagement, outcomes measurement, and practical guidance for adoption in resource-constrained settings.

This school-based telehealth framework provides a multidimensional structure that links contextual factors, implementation processes, and outcome domains relevant to school-based telehealth systems, with implications for both research and practice.

Future LMIC telehealth evaluations should pair implementation frameworks with telehealth-specific metrics, use mixed methods, and report patient, cost, safety, usability, and equity outcomes to inform scale-up.
ViVE’s direct partnerships with the American Heart Association (AHA) and Mid-Atlantic Telehealth Resource Center (MATRC) ensure all models are vetted and reflect national excellence.
