Apprenticeships in Action
To help Work+ shine a light on apprenticeship opportunities across Northern Ireland, we created a series of short, dynamic videos featuring employers from various sectors including AIB Bank, 3173, Wrightbus, Moore Concrete and Clarke.
Each film offered a behind-the-scenes look at life on the job – real stories, real opportunities.
The goal? To inspire more young people to apply through Work+, and to show that apprenticeships are a powerful first step toward a long-term career.
Shared across Work+ and employer channels, the videos sparked strong engagement and helped position apprenticeships as a smart, future-ready choice.
