We apologize for the extended downtime on Criticker.

The problem was caused by an error introduced in the MySQL Repositories, which forced an unexpected upgrade. We have been working with our hosting providers to restore the database, but this is proving to be a long process. We're not yet able to estimate when this process will finish. Once it's done, we'll bring Criticker back online, and do our best to ensure that all your data is still intact.

We're really sorry about this issue, and will be looking into ways to make sure that we're better able to recover in the future, should something similar ever happen again.
