Elani is honestly one of the more difficult therapists to reach at first. When I first called, I expected to receive the address straight away, but that was not the case. She runs a fairly strict process and seems to have more “don’ts” than “do’s.” She does not send extra photos or share extra online content and simply asks you to refer to the pictures on her advert, which are genuinely of her. She also does not share her address until a booking is confirmed.

She does not accept walk ins and takes her appointment policy seriously. Her prices are fixed and she does not negotiate. She made it clear that if I was not comfortable with her terms, I should look elsewhere.

At first I was a bit put off and even contacted someone else. However, curiosity got the better of me and I booked a week later. In person she was warm, easy to talk to, and the service was excellent. Looking back, what seemed abrupt at first was simply professionalism and clear boundaries.
