Regulations
The Regulations are designed to ensure that all interactive gaming and gaming related activities conducted within or from the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawà:ke satisfy several basic principles.
Player Protection / Dispute Resolution
The Commission’s primary function is to provide for the protection of players who choose to participate in the online gaming offered by the Commission’s permit holders.
Logo Certificate Program
The Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission logo is linked to a Logo Certification Program which will enable players to verify that a site bearing the Commission's logo is properly licensed – by simply clicking on the logo itself.
Application Process + Forms
All applications received by the Commission must include the information described in the Regulations and application forms and the appropriate application fee.
Permit Holders
Presently, the Commission issues five types of licenses under its Regulations concerning Interactive Gaming.
Approved Agents
The Commission's Regulations concerning Interactive Gaming provide that it may appoint one or more Approved Agents to carry out several functions, for and on behalf of the Commission.
