We just shipped a major update to Kode Sherpa. Over the past months, one thing became clear: generating smart contracts isn't the hard part. What comes after is structuring the project, writing tests, managing deployment. That's where most teams get stuck. So we shifted our focus. Kode Sherpa already stood out for one thing: before writing a single line of code, it asks the right questions to fully understand your requirements. Now we've taken that same philosophy further — from generating code to helping you build a complete project, end to end. Two things we're introducing today: ✅ Sherpa Studio — an IDE-like environment to manage your entire project in one place. ✅ Templates — start from real-world use cases, not a blank page. We ran a simple experiment. We gave the same prompt to: – a generic AI – Kode Sherpa (our Solidity-focused tool) The task: build an ERC20 staking contract with flexible + locked staking. Both generated code. But the difference wasn’t in syntax — it was in how the problem was approached. The generic AI produced a reasonable first draft. Kode Sherpa: – asked clarifying questions first – structured the contract differently – modeled lock periods and APR more realistically – and went beyond code → compilation, testing, export This is the real gap between general AI and specialized tools. 👉 One writes code. 👉 The other helps you build a system. Last week at Mobile World Congress 2026 in Barcelona was an intense and inspiring experience for our team at AstraKode. Beyond the technology, what makes events like this truly valuable are the conversations. Over the course of the week we had the opportunity to meet founders, developers, enterprises, telcos and innovators from all over the world, exchanging ideas about where digital infrastructure is heading and how trust, automation and verifiable data will shape the next generation of enterprise systems.
