  • Blockdaemon’s March Solana PRR Report Is Live Blockdaemon’s Solana validator delivered a 6.66% Protocol Reward Rate (PRR) in March, outperforming the network average by 21 basis points. As Solana’s staking environment continues to mature, validator performance differentiation increasingly depends on operational efficiency, infrastructure resilience, and execution quality. In March, Blockdaemon widened its outperformance despite softer overall network reward conditions. March highlights include: - Blockdaemon PRR performance vs. network average - Solana Event Streaming now enabled in beta - Solana staking now supported in the Earn Widget - Launch of Blockdaemon’s Solana microsite Operational reliability: 0 slashing events (past 12 months), 100% machine uptime, 99.9% protocol uptime Download the full March Solana Validator Performance Report: https://lnkd.in/gz65NQST

  • Blockdaemon’s March 2026 Ethereum PRR Report Is Live. Ethereum staking conditions were more subdued in March as on-chain activity softened and network-wide MEV rewards declined from February levels. In March, Blockdaemon’s Ethereum validator fleet delivered a 2.88% Protocol Reward Rate (PRR) versus the 2.78% CESR, ranking 2nd among institutional staking providers and outperforming the network by 10 basis points. Performance remained resilient despite softer execution-layer conditions, supported by stable validator operations and continued infrastructure optimization. This month’s report covers: - Network-wide MEV rewards declining ~25% month-over-month amid muted on-chain activity - Blockdaemon’s PRR performance relative to CESR - The upcoming Glamsterdam upgrade’s ePBS implementation and its expected impact on MEV flows - BlackRock’s launch of the iShares Staked Ethereum Trust ETF (ETHB) with $107M in seed assets - The Ethereum Foundation completing its 70,000 ETH staking target - Key L2 developments, including the EEZ framework announcement and Robinhood’s Arbitrum-based Chain testnet launch Download the full March 2026 Ethereum Validators Performance Report: https://lnkd.in/gwhgxNfb

The latest DeFi hacks aren't a surprise. They're a culture problem. In years of selling crypto infrastructure, I've watched buyers pick single-data-center vendors over audited, globally redundant setups to save a few basis points. I've never seen a crypto-native company run procurement like a real bank. Most protocol foundations don't reward security either — I can't name a single grant given to the most secure validator. Meanwhile, investors celebrate revenue-per-employee numbers that, in financial infrastructure, often signal risk rather than efficiency. (AI companies selling into the enterprise: take note.) This is why networks like Canton are pulling ahead while "open" networks struggle. Institutional-grade quality has to be incentivized. Right now, in most of crypto, it isn't. We weren't perfect at Blockdaemon — the TAM hasn't been large enough to reward the rigid stance we took, and we subsidized it. But without sensible regulation and real standards, this doesn't fix itself. #DeFi #Crypto #Security

  • Get Solana data in near-real-time with Event Streaming. Solana’s speed can make it difficult to monitor. Blockdaemon’s Solana Event Streaming fixes that by pushing the data that matters through standard HTTPS webhooks. Instead of building custom pipelines, receive structured Solana events and route them into existing risk, operations, accounting, and reporting systems. That means: - Less infrastructure to manage   - Clearer audit trails   - Faster reconciliation   - Better alignment with internal controls  Get in touch today for early access to the beta.
