We didn’t plan on outgrowing our space this fast… but here we are. Starting Q2 with two new office spaces 🏢🏢 More room for ideas. More room for building. More room for SuperHyros to do their magic. Growth at Hyro looks like more people, more energy, and a lot more happening at once. It’s deeper collaboration, real ownership, a “let’s just figure it out” attitude, and a constant push to squeeze more out of every opportunity. Things are getting a little crowded (in the best way) 🦸♂️⚡

What does it really take to get AI agents approved, purchased, and rolled out in healthcare? 🤔 🏥 Hyro’s COO & Co-Founder, Rom Cohen, will be at the Coalition for Health AI (CHAI) Leadership Summit, joining healthcare leaders making those calls. ⚖️ From how teams are evaluating vendors and aligning clinical, legal, and technical stakeholders, to what’s working (and what isn’t) when bringing agentic AI into care delivery—this is where those decisions are made. Expect real talk on governance, policy shifts, and how organizations are testing models and supporting frontline teams. Less theory, more how it gets done. See you there 🤝

What happens when healthcare leaders go beyond the slide deck? 💡 We’ll be at The Health Management Academy’s Spring CIO Forum - where health system CIOs and industry leaders come together to talk through what’s happening on the ground. Representing Hyro, Brennan Stratton will be getting into what it takes to make AI agents improve patient access and workflows in health systems. Patients aren’t just struggling to reach you. They’re struggling to get things done ✅ Appointment scheduling, coverage eligibility, follow-ups… each step depends on a different system, a different team, another handoff. That’s exactly why healthcare exposes the gap faster than any other industry. Agentic AI should fix it by carrying requests across systems until they’re resolved, not just passed along. But not everything labeled “agentic” lives up to that. 🧠 Understanding intent is one thing. ⚙️ Completing the work behind it is another. Learn what it takes to complete healthcare workflows (and where most solutions fall short) 👇 https://lnkd.in/es48S9Yc

Reducing costs is one thing 📉 Improving access and giving teams time back - that’s where it gets interesting. At Overlake Medical Center & Clinics, agentic AI is already making an impact: streamlining high-volume workflows, improving responsiveness, and freeing teams to focus on patient care. Here’s what that looks like: ⚡ 90% chat resolution rate ⚡ 51% password reset automation ⚡ 90% chat engagement rate ⚡ $126K projected annual savings As Scott Waters, Chief Information and Technology Officer at Overlake, put it: “Our goal was to start with something practical, prove value quickly, and build from there. Automating MyChart password resets was a natural first step, and the results exceeded our expectations. We’ve reduced costs, improved responsiveness, and freed our teams to focus on more meaningful patient interactions.” Less manual work, more time focused on patients. See how they did it 👇 https://lnkd.in/evvGVRyf
