Great to welcome students to MATSUKO's office today. 👋 We hosted a group of 15 students from Sicily 🇮🇹 together with students from a Gymnázium Park Mládeže as part of the Erasmus+ programme. In total, around 30 students joined us to explore what holographic technology looks like in practice. We walked them through how real-time holograms are created, how our technology works, and where it is used from education to industry and remote collaboration. The best part was the discussion. Curious questions, fresh perspectives, and strong interest in where this technology is heading. The sky is not the limit here at European Space Agency - ESA’s XR Conference in Cologne. It goes even beyond. It’s fascinating to see, how the global space industry is using XR - astronaut trainings, design & engineering of satellites, simulations and ESA’s own XR Plugin for Unreal. Our XR streaming technology is already an enabler for many of these use cases. But there’s more to come. The conference is a great platform to discuss challenges (which definitely exist), exchange ideas and join forces to drive the usage of XR in the space industry forward. They say if you can entertain a room full of teenagers for 45 minutes, you can do anything. 😅 Last week at Súkromná stredná odborná škola ekonomická KOŠICKÁ AKADÉMIA, Matej Rimar stepped into the arena for AI Day 2.0. His mission? Talk to students, teachers, and leadership about how MATSUKO is transforming education and corporate learning & development through XR. The first 10 minutes: "Is this person cooler than TikTok or what?" (Narrator: He was not). The next 35 minutes: Pure XR magic. 🚀 Once the first few students strapped on the headsets and experienced our demo, the vibe shifted from "polite listening" to "we aren't leaving until everyone tries this." If we can keep a group of high schoolers vested and excited for nearly an hour, imagine what this technology can do for employee engagement in the corporate world.
