Q Care Plus was founded to provide the best possible care for vulnerable communities. We understand care changes and our patients require a medical team of open-minded, sex-positive, gender affirming providers who have their patient’s best interest at heart. Our diverse, purpose-driven team works hard to remove barriers and meet people where they are. Our mission is to provide quality, stigma-free access to care through community partnership and technology for all communities, regardless of how they identify and varying abilities. Our Community Focused Care Management Solution allows patients to connect to expert providers when needed. Through convenient lab options (at-home or in-person) patients have the flexibility they need to access care and with the use of our specialty pharmacy network, patients can receive their medication delivered directly to their homes. Through technology and community partnerships, we provide quality, stigma-free access to all, regardless of how individuals identify and their varying abilities.

Our Q Care Plus and Avita Care Solutions teams joined our partners at GMHC and thousands of supporters for the 40th Annual AIDS Walk New York, the world’s largest HIV and AIDS fundraising event. AIDS Walk New York is an expression of our forward-moving action, as we stride together toward a future where everyone has access to HIV testing, treatment, and care services. It’s a demonstration of solidarity against HIV and AIDS stigma. It’s a gathering in remembrance of those we’ve lost – and it’s an affirmation of our ongoing care for each other through good times and bad, no matter the weather.
