We are delighted to announce that LiveBarn has been acquired by GTCR LLC! This is a milestone moment, and one we're incredibly proud to have been part of.   We first connected with LiveBarn in early 2021 and quickly recognized something special. Farrel Miller founded the company with a simple but powerful idea: no parent should have to miss their kid's game. What started with autonomous cameras in hockey rinks grew into the largest live streaming network for youth and amateur sports in North America, now spanning 4,000+ venues and 200K+ subscribers across the U.S. states and Canada.   When we invested, we asked ourselves a big question: was the surge in demand just a COVID phenomenon, or had something permanently shifted in how families experience youth sports? We bet on the latter. And the growth that followed proved the thesis right.   Over nearly five years as partners, we watched Farrel, alongside COO Ray Giroux, a former professional hockey player and Stanley Cup champion who lived the very problem LiveBarn set out to solve, build something truly meaningful. They didn't just build a technology platform; they gave families, coaches, and communities a way to stay connected to the sports and moments they love, no matter the distance. The grandparent watching from across the country. The parent stuck on a work trip. The young athlete building a highlight reel. LiveBarn made sure no one had to miss a moment.   We're grateful for the partnership, the journey, and the privilege of backing a founder who never lost sight of why the company exists. The final day of our 2026 Susquehanna Growth Fellows Summit kicked off with Shaun Peet, NASCAR Pit Crew Coach at Trackhouse Racing, challenging us to define what high performance truly looks like, hold our teams accountable to that standard, and execute with greater speed and precision - all while strengthening a trusted peer leadership network across the Susquehanna portfolio. We wrapped the summit in full throttle - ditching the boardroom for ATVs and kicking up a little desert dust together. We put teamwork to the test before gathering for one final dinner.
