Today, Superstate is launching FundOS: the operating system for the next generation of funds. Today, we’re announcing an expanded strategic partnership with Invesco. Invesco Private Capital has made a strategic investment in Superstate, joining our previously announced $82.5 million Series B financing. This builds on our March announcement that Invesco will become investment manager of USTB in Q2 2026, marking the first time an external asset manager will use Superstate’s tokenization technology and digital transfer agent infrastructure. This expanded partnership reflects a shared conviction in the future of tokenized investment products. We’re excited to welcome Jordan Katz to Superstate as Head of Capital Markets. Jordan joins us from J.P. Morgan, where he was a Vice President in the investment bank focused on FinTech, capital markets infrastructure, and wealth and asset management. He was also on the team that worked on Circle's IPO. He comes to Superstate as a strong believer in tokenization and its potential to reshape capital markets. In Jordan’s words, “Tokenization is a fundamental reimagining of the way capital markets infrastructure works.” At Superstate, Jordan will help companies raise capital onchain, working with issuers, investment banks, and other ecosystem partners to improve the capital raising process. “We firmly believe that tokenized issuance is the future of capital raising,” Jordan says. In finance, the better product usually wins. We’ve seen it with the rise of ETFs: investors are choosing the product that’s easier to use, more liquid, more transparent, and more flexible. Funds are entering the same shift now. Tokenization is the next battlefield. Most funds still run on antiquated infrastructure, manual workflows, spreadsheets, and market-hour constraints. That slows investors down, leaves capital idle, drags performance, and adds friction where markets increasingly demand better functionality. Tokenization makes funds programmable, always-on, and useful. Subscriptions can be booked automatically with stablecoins. In the case of Superstate’s USCC, stablecoins are swept into USTB to earn yield instantly, eliminating drag on performance. Less hassle. Faster movement. This is bigger than an ops upgrade. It’s a distribution shift. Stablecoins are now a $300B+ asset class. Tokenized RWAs exceed $25B. Large allocators are already onchain and looking for tokenized funds tied to traditional markets. Onchain markets are the fastest growing channel in finance. That is why tokenization is becoming a requirement for modern asset managers. Invesco will soon manage USTB.
