  • 🇮🇳 WordCamp Asia 2026 in Mumbai was a fantastic celebration of community, contribution, and connection. The energy at Jio World Convention Centre was something special — great sessions, inspiring conversations, and the kind of atmosphere that reminds you why the WordPress community is so unique. A huge shoutout to the organizers and volunteers who put together such a welcoming and well-run event. Prathamesh Palve co-led the Support contributor table — and it was a particularly rewarding one. The team welcomed people who were brand new to WordPress, walked them through the basics, introduced them to troubleshooting, and helped them make their very first replies in the support forums. Suman Basuli took the stage to talk about crafting a Content Security Policy without breaking your site — mic hiccup in the first minute and all! He also opened up as a resource on contributors' day, where people dropped by to discuss accessibility, security, and speed, and he helped a few newcomers take their first steps with WordPress. It was also great to have more of our team there, connecting with fellow WordPress enthusiasts from across the region. Thanks to everyone who made WordCamp Asia 2026 such a memorable experience. See you in Penang, Malaysia in 2027! 💙 #WordCampAsia #WCAsia2026 #WordCamp #WordPress #WPMUDEV

  • 🇮🇳 WordCamp Asia 2026 is happening right now in Mumbai — and we're there! A few of our team members are heading to Jio World Convention Centre, and some are contributing too. Prathamesh Palve will be co-leading the Support contributor table, and Suman Basuli is giving a talk on crafting a Content Security Policy without breaking your site. If you're attending, come say hello! You'll spot us by our WPMU DEV t-shirts. We'd love to connect, chat WordPress, and put some faces to names. See you there 💙 #WordCampAsia #WordCampAsia2026 #WordCamp #WordPress #WPMUDEV

  • The Dark Mode Rises — WordPress opens the door to AI agents, and someone built a CMS to rival it. Here's what's inside: 🚪 WordPress + MCP — AI can now draft, publish, and organize your content. You're still the boss (for now). 👀 EmDash enters the chat — Cloudflare's "spiritual successor to WordPress" has the community talking. 💼 Premium Plan upgrades — more credits, VIP support, and zero-fee billing for agency life. 📊 Stats & reads — unpatched vulns, WordPress drops below 43%, and bots growing 8x faster than humans. 🦆 Plus: a duck in a box, a dog who came last and won everything, and CSS-rendered Doom. Read this one before your 2pm meeting kicks in. https://buff.ly/ahUMxo1

  • One Does Not Simply Deploy On A Friday — but people still try. Here’s what’s inside: 📦 WordPress 7.0 — delayed (again), slightly less raw this time. 🌐 WordPress in your browser — no login, no domain, no cloud… just vibes. 📈 Plugin submissions are going wild — the review team is drowning. 📊 Stats & reads — installs up, students learning, photos piling up. Plus: Ctrl+S superstition, open-source burnout, and a scam call you’ll want to hear. Chaos, code, and “just one more deploy” energy. https://buff.ly/UP4k0cf

  • 📝 “The best form plugin.” 💬 “Forminator is great by itself, but when you compare it with others… becomes even greater!"" We’re glad to see people building with the free version and discovering how much it can do — and then exploring what Pro adds on top of that. If you’re exploring form builders, it might be worth taking a look and comparing it within your own setup. 👉 Explore Forminator (free) https://buff.ly/kn4mTrV #WordPress #FormBuilder #CustomerReview #WPMUDEV

  • <h1> in the Right Direction — This DEV edition serves up scholarships, syntax debates, and a few sashimi squeaks for good measure. From Markdown makeovers to meaningful community support and smarter client workflows… this one’s got layers. Here’s what’s inside: 🎓 The Kim Parsell Scholarship is open — supporting women contributors heading to WordCamp Europe 2026. 📝 Markdown for agents? — WordPress.org, Cloudflare, and Joost explore an AI-friendly web layer (critics included). 🗂️ Client Notes in The Hub — a tidy place for all those persnickety preferences, problems, and project pointers. 📊 Stats & smart reads — vulnerabilities, accessibility fundraising, and some wild CSS outliers. 🦦 Plus: responsive cats, non-Newtonian liquids, and an otter-ly adorable sashimi dinner (sound on).
