OfficeAffairs is a social gameplay expansion mod focused on workplace drama, power dynamics, relationships, and story driven interactions. It introduces new targeted social mixers, custom buffs, hidden traits, relationship bits, career related systems, and reactive outcomes that integrate directly into live gameplay.
I have been playing The Sims for many years, and this is a mod I personally always wanted to exist in my own gameplay - something that adds the kind of narrative depth and dynamics I felt were missing.
For now, events may happen quite frequently. This is intentional for the first release and testing phase. In future versions, pacing and behavior will become configurable.
You can play both sides of the story:
Play as a CEO or play as an employee. Each role has its own interactions and progression paths.
You can now experience a full career narrative:
Start as an employee Build relationships and make choices Progress through your career Complete an MBA program Become a CEO
Gameplay Overview:
The boss system is dynamic and flexible:
A boss can be generated automatically when an employee joins a career Or created manually by the player using cheats or naturally
To become a CEO:
Reach the top level of a full-time career Complete an MBA program via PC or phone Apply for a CEO position via PC or phone
This creates a natural progression path instead of relying only on generated bosses. The boss is a fully playable Sim with their own traits, career, and role in the story.
You can play both sides of the story.
As an employee:
Build a relationship with your boss Attempt to seduce the CEO Ask for a promotion Ask to be hired
As a CEO:
Offer jobs to Sims Fire employees React to relationship dynamics Influence story progression

About the mods:
I bring you a new update for the "Heartshadows v3" mod.
We move further away from the world of the good guys and into the shadows.
Heartshadows v1.0
- Many emotions were removed.
- Sims had stronger feelings toward animals.
- Your Sims did not react to the death of family members (whether babies, toddlers, teenagers, etc.). They experienced some emotions, such as inspiration and consideration.
Heartshadows v2.0
- Common emotions were reduced by 90%.
- The Sim will react to different events, like other Sims. But they will not feel sadness.
- Added that Sims with this trait will not have a normal voice, like other Sims; they will have a superhuman voice.
- Many emotions related to having a pet were removed; your Sims will not experience any. If the pet dies, the Sim won't react much to its passing and won't feel grief.
Heartshadows v3.0
- All emotions have been removed.
- Emotions and feelings have been removed from all animals.
- Immortality has been added. Sims with this trait will remain in their life stage, regardless of the number of days they've had the game.
WARNING: Be careful when giving this trait to a Sim, as it will remain in their life stage if they are a baby, newborn, child, etc.
SUMMARY
Your Sim will be completely unemotional and insensitive, not just in the base game where they supposedly become insensitive if their empathy decreases. This mod is for those who want to fulfill a heartless dream. All emotions are blocked.
They cannot feel love, sadness, or any other emotion. They are also unaffected by death or the loss of a spouse. They react like everyone else, but feel no grief or any emotion.
Your Sim is now considered a dark, heartless being.

Here's another career mod, based on nightclub bouncers at different clubs. It's suitable for teenage student Sims as well. The performance level is a bit difficult, but not as difficult as in other mods I've created.
1. The basic main levels: Upon joining the job, there are 3 rank levels. The workday is between 8:30 PM and 9:30 PM. It's also suitable for those who have a family of vampire Sims.
1.2 Hierarchy Selection:
- Disco Security Officer: Suitable for any type of Sim (wizards, Sims, and especially vampires).
- Night Club Officer: Similar to the previous hierarchy, suitable for (wizards, Sims, and vampires).
- Bar Security Officer: Suitable for any Sim. But not suitable for those with a vampire family (unless your vampire is immune to sunlight and you are in the third rank of this hierarchy).
- Gentleman Club Security: Suitable for any Sim. Except for vampires, who can work in this profession as long as they are in ranks 4 through 6 in this hierarchy, or immune to daylight.
- Security at Strip Clubs: Suitable for any type of Sim, including those from a vampire family or those who are vampires themselves.
2. About Teenagers:
This is a suitable job for teenage Sims since the game doesn't include much paid content for teenagers.

It's a job that requires a lot of physical effort and long hours, especially at the lower ranks, with intensive shifts and few days off. The performance level is quite challenging. This job is suitable not only for adults but also for teenagers. If you want your teen Sims to skip school, they can still work. This profession is optional for teenagers, as the base game doesn't include many jobs for teens, and those that are available have short hours. With this profession, you have freedom.
Tip:
For players who have MC Center installed. I imagine there's also an option for teenagers to drop out of school; I don't know how it works in these latest versions. But if you prefer, you can also ignore the principal's call when you're absent from class; either option works. Regarding the image, I wanted to add a touch of humor.

1.2 Realistic Schedules
The schedules are after school, after classes end for children or teenagers, since the base game only includes two activities, which is a bit limited; there's hardly any choice. With this, you'll have another option for your Sims to fulfill the sports class objective.
1.2.1 Main Basic Levels: These include the three sports; your Sim will advance.
1.2.2 Level 2: Upon completing these three levels, your Sim will be able to choose one of these three sports and will become a fanatic of their chosen sport. Level 2 offers slightly more realistic hours than the main levels, with more hours dedicated to sports.

Always wanted a She-Venom Sim, my previous try was really ugly and never shared it but this new model is way better.
The RAR contain the CC and the Tray files for the Sim.
The head is in teeth, the clawed Hands in gloves, the clawed feets in shoes and the body specular in tattoo chest.

Hey! This is a new Stand Still In CAS mod.
I've been using the Shooksims version for a long time, but there were always things I wanted to add or improve, so I finally decided to make my own version.
The mod prevent Sims to move when you create or edit them in CAS. It was created from scratch and uses a custom pose that looks close to Shooksims style as it's quite comfortable for creating sims, but tried to make the pose look a little more relaxed.
The mod makes Sims not move while creating / editing and only allow them to react when randomizing, choosing walk styles, switching ages and customizing voice. It affects all ages, genders and occults and doesn't affect animals. It doesn't stop Sims movement in the choosing traits and preferences mode, as some idle animations of this mode aren't CAS exclusive and are also used in the game, so I had to leave this mode unchanged. I can stop these idle animations too if you think it's necessary and leave only reactions to the applied traits, but this would require making the game tuning override and the mod will become more patch dependent. Feel free to tell me if you want that. Note: Closing Traits / Preferences options after choosing Sims preferences cause Sims to continue animating. This is because of how this mode made in the game: exiting from choosing preferences doesn't actually exit the mode, only exiting from choosing traits does this, so you might need to first switch to traits before closing Traits / Preferences options to make Sims return to motionless pose. Or changing other parameters of the Sim except changing clothes will also do the job.
The mod stops Sims from reacting to chosen styled looks and fit/fat adjustments. Face close-up animations from teen to elder stay untouched as they are fairly still, but I edited the ones for children, toddlers and infants to greatly reduce head movement and sometimes eliminate eyebrow movement. I left the close-up animations alive, but I'm not a Sim character creator, so let me know if you think they'd be better made more static.
Smooth switching from standard animations to the custom pose, without jerks. Sim's body shape or clothing shape affects the position of Sims' arms, so no any arm clippings.1370 downloads

AWACS Career Pack – Extreme Military Career Mod (Inspired by Ace Combat)
If you enjoy intense jobs with demanding schedules and great rewards, this mod is for you.
Based on the AWACS system from the Ace Combat series, this mod introduces a fully developed Military Academy System. Before becoming an AWACS captain in your chosen region or state, you'll need to complete a paid, six-level military academy.
After graduating, you can join one of two military hierarchies: Belka (11 levels) or Ustio (12 levels), each with its own structure, roles, and pay scale. But be warned: the performance required for promotion has been significantly increased; it's not an easy climb.
Prepare for 7- to 15-hour shifts, rotating schedules, extreme training, and a career progression system more intense than any standard Sims 4 job.
However, the most demanding schedules are only available at the higher levels; starting with a full schedule, it's not demanding.
This isn't a career for lazy Sims. Do you have what it takes to rule the skies?
