Getbeel automates the entire process: for every transaction, the invoice is matched automatically. You don't have to do anything. The spend analytics caught my attention more than the invoice collection itself — so many companies only find out what they are actually paying when someone sits down and goes through bank statements. Does GetBeel work only with Gmail or are you planning Outlook too?
