However, if you need to report a problem or provide technical feedback, please contact us directly via email, Reddit/X‘s direct message. This allows us to track the issue properly and respond more efficiently. It would also be very helpful if you could include screenshots or a screen recording, as this helps us understand the issue more clearly and speed up troubleshooting.
If a serious issue is identified, we usually fix it within 24 hours and release a new version as soon as possible.
Under Apple’s current system design, App Store reviews typically take 1–2 days before developers can see them, and our replies require a similar amount of time to appear. This makes the process highly inefficient and allows us to understand the specific situation, so we do not recommend using App Store reviews as a channel for reporting problems.

Hi, do you think the Gear browser is quite slow? Comparing it to Orion with the same query using Startpage, you can feel a big difference to Gear's disadvantage. It's a real shame because I like the look of this browser and the feature of being able to choose a search engine in the address bar.
I also don't see a difference between the pro and free dark mode.
The built-in adblocker could also work better because it doesn't even block ads on YouTube.
It would also be useful to be able to set your own search engine, not just choose from the ones on the list.
