Data Collection

In order to provide our service when you subscribe we collect the following data from you:

- Your email address, username and password so you can log in to the website and we can provide you with information about your account.
- Your IP address to determine your general location and protect your account from being hacked.
- Your Name, Country, Postal Code, Credit card or other billing information, through a third party billing provider (as listed below), so we can charge you the subscription fees.  Members may “opt out” of promotions and special offers at any time.

We have adopted and implemented industry standard technology though our merchant processor, customer service provider, hosting services and other vendors of record for maintaining the security of all personal information collected by our websites.

As a result, we can assume no liability if information relating to any subscriber is intercepted and/or used by an unintended recipient.

Who we share your data with (and why)

We only ever share your personal data with other companies if necessary for the operation of our websites. These other companies are legally required to have the same data security standards we do. Billing

We collect credit card, email, first and last name, country, and postal code.  If you sign up to a Sensex website, your credit card or other billing data is processed by one of our payment processors. IPSSI, LLC does not retain your credit card information, this is retained by one of our payment processors. You will have confirmation from the payment processor that you subscription has been issued.  You will also see confirmation on the webpage upon successfully subscribing to Sensex.com. We store billing related data (email, first and last name, country, phone number, but not your credit card or other payment information) in our internal systems.

Support

In order to help you with any support requests our customer support team uses tools hosted by Zendesk. We only store your email address in Zendesk if you contact us which will be entered into our ticketing system. Data you provide to support may be stored in Zendesk and accessible to our support staff or technical teams to provide you with the customer support you may require in order to address your requests.

Marketing

We engage in email marketing services using various email providers to manage our customer outreach, and others to process our email campaigns.  In order to communicate with you, we will share your email address with them to send you the emails you requested.

Hosting & Security

We use hosted web services to host all data (including yours) in securely encrypted form. On top of that we use additional layers of technology in order to help prevent fraudulent attempts to access the site and your data.

In the event that you decide to subscribe to any of our partners' websites through our services. We will share your email and username to facilitate account creation. 

Analytics

IP, location, device, network and content interaction.

To better understand how our customers consume our contents and be able to deliver better service, we use NPAW for analytical purposes, with whom we will share the specified data.

The content, materials, images, designs and other media (collectively, the "Content") which appear on Sensex.com are protected by United States and worldwide copyright laws and may not be reproduced, transmitted, copied, edited, or published in any way whatsoever without the written permission of IPSSI, LLC.  Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use of the Content is strictly prohibited. Without exception, copyright violators will be pursued and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
