What are the sleeves made from, and are they body-safe?
This sleeve is made from thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). TPE is soft, flexible, and designed to accommodate a wide range of sizes. All our sleeves are body-safe and skin-tested for safety.
Do I need The Handy to use a sleeve?
No, enjoy it your way. Our sleeves are designed to be used with your hand. They feel great on their own, and they’re even better with The Handy 😉
Can I reuse the sleeve?
Yes. All our sleeves are high-quality sleeves made to be reused many times. Just make sure you clean and dry them properly after each use.
What type of lube should I use with the sleeve?
Always use a water-based lubricant with our sleeves. Silicone-based lubricants will degrade TPE and silicone materials over time, shortening their lifespan. Oil-based lubricants are not recommended either.
If you want a safe, compatible option from our store, we recommend the The Original Lube.
Can I rely on your discretion regarding invoicing, packaging and shipment?
Yes, every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or product description on the outside. Your bank or card statement will show a neutral company name, so your purchase remains completely private from packaging to billing.
Depending on your country, standard shipping or customs documents may be attached externally as required, but these are kept as discreetly as possible.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout; express options are available in most countries. As a general rule, the following shipping time applies:
- Regular shipping (4-7 working days)
- Express shipping (2-4 working days)
A tracking number is issued as soon as your order leaves the warehouse, so you can follow its progress.
If I change my mind, can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns for unopened packages of The Handy/The Oh within 14 days of the original purchase date. Accessories are not returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. Returned Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. A valid proof of purchase is required.
A Return of Unopened Package Fee of USD 30.00 / EUR 30.00 will apply to all eligible returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
