I booked The Star Grand hotel in Sydney through Luxury Escapes and I was completely disappointed with stay in The Star especially due to extremely poor customer service, but also low-quality breakfast. The Star didn't even want to honour the benefits that were part of the deal. I complained to Luxury Escapes asking for refund of the credit that was part of the deal as well as partial refund of accommodation expense because I really didn't get service that I was promised. After more than 2 weeks I got update from Luxury Escapes that they provided feedback to The Star Grand hotel and hotel will accept my feedback will do nothing about my request. That means that hotel will not do anything about my feedback. Luxury Escapes offered me $150 voucher when I book next time with them as compensation which wouldn't really compensate for bad experience I had. The problem is even bigger because Luxury Escapes offered The Star Hotel with rating of 8.6 (Excellent) which is completely incorrect and gives completely wrong impression and guidance to customers. If they offer something with such high rating they should stand behind that and in case there is problem with their customers they should resolve it. When I provided this feedback, Luxury Escapes, indicated that they will take my feedback and consider how they will handle The Star Grand hotel - hotel is still offered on Luxury Escapes with rating of 8.6. At the end not that I didn't get proper service, I didn't even get what I was offered in the deal by Luxury Escapes. I will never again book through Luxury Escapes because I can't really trust rating the give for the accommodation they provide and they can't really protect their customers. I gave 2 stars (instead of 1) for the friendly service representatives from Luxury Escapes that I was dealing with.

I ordered headbands over a month ago and the first charge I received was accurate then a day later it changed on my bank statement to a 40$ charge for 3 headbands. They refuse funded me the 8 stupid dollers. Now 31 days later with fake tracking numbers it says delivered to an unknown address no where near me. Good luck getting ahold of anyone on the website there is no where to even find an email or number to call for this 30 day money back guarantee. With over 4000 reviews you can't read a single one or even click on them. I'm sure I won't be receiving a re fund as they made sure it took more than that too fake deliver it to a fake house

Received the ice machine and love the ice. It started making a loud noise so I wrote to customer service. I was advised to drain the machine and clean with vinegar water solution. I did what was recommended and the machine was still loud. I wrote back to customer service to request a refund and return machine. Lakeisha, who has been very helpful through the whole process issued a refund and advised that I did not need to return the machine. Customer service has been nothing but exceptional and they were very easy to work with. Thank you again Lakeisha, what exceptional customer service.

I inquired about a refund because at the time of purchase I was told I would be paying for an iPhone 17 but that wasn’t true. When I noticed I never received a confirmation email about my purchase and tracking info I looked further in to the situation and found out I purchased credits. The person that originally helped me reviewed my case and escalated my case to a higher person which the high person was able to issue my refund. I was satisfied with the help I received during the final process.

I spent the 5000 credits to get a womans information but what I got was a maill.com service. Not a yahoo or gmail acct but a site that the company still has a part of. And she wrote a couple of times but you can tell immediately that things has change. All the talk of love and wanting to be with you and texting everyday changed to just a few sentences and now after 3 weeks I have not heard from her. It's a scam so you will spend your money buying credits. Stay away from them!

Caudabe have great customer support. yesterday I filed for a warranty claim , caudabe answered the claim in 2 hours and after small chat i got new case on the way , In less than 24 hours after the warranty claim. Very happy with them. Not many companies have service as good and fast as theirs. Besides having good products, the service leaves you with a good experience.
