Fun for sure
The btc games here have been one of the better ones I have tried. I really like their rewards system, and the way they handle rakeback makes it easy to keep track of what you earn. The level rewards give you extra value as you play, which is a nice bonus on top of the games themselves.
Their customer service has also been solid for me. The chat team is friendly and quick to guide you, and if something needs more attention, the VIP team steps in to help out. Even if it takes a little time, they do get back with clear answers, which I appreciate.
Overall, it has been a good experience and I feel like they care about keeping their players happy.

crypto.games is a scam. They don't pay the winnings
Already for several months they don't pay me about 0.05 bnb which was minimum for withdrawal at that time. The excuse for non-payment is like you can't withdaw the funds obtained from the faucet but the faucet funds they give is about 0.1$ the minimum for the withdrawal is much higher, and after I have received about 0.1$ I have gambled, so that are my funds and they just wanna kick me. Later they have required a KYC, which is not required for that site, and who they are to have my personal info? Some hooligans at the ass of the world can collect sensitive personal data??? Is that normal? They are just kickers.

There has been a few close calls
There has been a few close calls but I am still in the game. A couple of times the extra rewards have saved me, as they gave them mid-game at random times and it has happened right when I needed them the most.
