Do I have to replace Google/Outlook Calendar?
Nope. There’s no need to switch systems because Vimcal EA works as a layer on top of your existing setup. Any changes you make in Vimcal EA show up instantly in Google or Outlook and vice versa. Most EAs end up using just Vimcal EA, but you can easily use both together.
Will my exec start getting notifications if I use Vimcal EA?
Never. You’ll stay in full control. Vimcal EA is mindfully designed so you receive all the notifications on your exec’s behalf. We are careful to never unnecessarily bother them.
Do my coworkers have to use Vimcal too?
Not at all. Every Vimcal EA feature works whether your team uses Vimcal or not. That said, if others do join, the Team features make scheduling even smoother.
Is AI going to replace me?
No. AI and productivity tools like Vimcal EA are built to support Executive Assistants, not replace them.
