A small, hand-reviewed home for new software. Browse tools made by indie makers, see what they do and what they cost, or launch your own. Plenty of founders use us as one of their Product Hunt alternatives.
Yes. Sign in and pick the free option that fits you: a dofollow link if you add our small badge to your website, or a nofollow link with no badge at all. A person reviews every product before it goes live. If you would rather skip the badge, Fast launch (USD9) and Featured launch (USD15) are reviewed within 48 hours. Submitting does not guarantee approval or a launch straight away.
Software made by indie makers and small teams: SaaS, AI tools, apps, browser extensions, open-source projects, and small single-purpose tools too. Size does not matter to us. We only say no to things that are unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing, or that do not work when we try them.
No. Brand-new sites with a low or zero Domain Rating are welcome here. A listing is one way to start building it.
We tell you why, in plain words, and what would change our mind. You can fix it and send it again anytime. We never use a "no" to sell you something.
You can ask for a launch date. An editor confirms it, and your product goes public that day at 00:00 UTC. Listings our editors add to the directory are separate and never compete in the weekly launches.
Our Product Hunt alternatives guide compares the other launch sites side by side: who runs them, their published authority scores and what they ask for, with links to the original sources.
No. Anyone can wander through the directory, categories and product pages. You only sign in to vote, comment, submit or look after a listing.
Just your public website. We read its title, description and share image to start your listing, and you check everything before you send it. A clear one-line pitch, a short description and your pricing help us approve it faster.
A small "Featured on CapyLaunch" badge for your website. It points your visitors to your CapyLaunch page and helps the directory grow. You only need it for a free dofollow listing. Free nofollow and paid launches do not need a badge.
Before a free launch, you pick the better product in a few head-to-head pairs of recent launches. It takes less than a minute and gives other founders honest feedback. If there is nothing to compare yet, we skip it.
Fast launch (USD9) skips the badge and gets a review within 48 hours. Paid links are marked sponsored, as Google asks, so the free badge listing is the one that passes link value. Featured launch (USD15) adds seven days of promotion on top, when promotion spots are open. Both are one-time payments, never a subscription.
Our Terms explain refunds. Either way, you can fix what the editor pointed out and send it again.
Paid launches are reviewed within 48 hours. Free submissions wait in our standard queue. You can follow the status in your workspace, and we email you whenever it changes.
Yes. Pick a preferred date when you submit. Once an editor confirms it, your product goes live that day at 00:00 UTC. If you leave it blank, it launches after approval.
Every signed-in member gets one vote per product, and accounts need to be at least 24 hours old. Launches keep collecting votes after they go live. Launch weeks run Monday to Sunday, UTC.
No. Paid launches and promotions are always labelled, and they never add votes or move anyone up the rankings.
Yes. Ask for changes from your workspace, like a new pitch, description, pricing, features or FAQ, and an editor checks them before they go live.
Open its product page and choose "Claim this product". Tell us your role and share a public link that shows it, and an editor will verify it. If we emailed you an invitation, sign in with that email and the listing is yours in one click.
Yes. Connect your agent to our MCP server. It can check your website with check_launch_readiness, then prepare a submission with submit_product and hand you a link to review and send it yourself. Approve the agent once in your browser and its drafts land in My submissions, and get_my_launches shows your status and upvotes. It can never publish, pick a plan or pay for you.
No. We only email you about your own submissions, listings and purchases. The newsletter is separate, and you only get it if you sign up for it.
Bisyri, an indie founder, builds and runs CapyLaunch. A real person reviews every listing before it goes live.
