Short answers to common questions
Your card is normally ready within 5 minutes, although during busy periods it can take up to an hour. If it has been more than an hour, contact our support team. Often, the quickest way to resolve an issue is to reorder the card.
Go to My Account > Billing, scroll down and select the cancel button. You will still be able to send cards until the end of your current billing period.
First, check Your Cards to see whether your card is ready. If it is not there, please contact our support team on WhatsApp.
Login codes are sent by SMS. Check that you entered your phone number correctly, then request a new code. If it still does not arrive, contact our support team on WhatsApp.
Every 2050card is custom-made. If you need to make a change, order a new card from the website or app and the new version will normally be ready within 5 minutes.
Yes. You can send a downloaded card using any multimedia platform, including Facebook Messenger, Telegram, email, WhatsApp and Instagram.
Some Android phones have issues playing videos inside WhatsApp. The most reliable option is to download the card from Your Cards and share the downloaded video directly in WhatsApp. If that does not work, share it by email, iMessage or the Android messaging app.
