In India we accept all major cards, UPI, and netbanking through Razorpay. For international customers we use Creem's hosted card checkout. The right gateway is selected automatically based on the country we detect for your billing address.

Yes. Cancelling stops future billing immediately. Per our refund policy, you keep full access to CtrlOps until the end of your current paid term - your servers, AI history, and registry stay intact during that window.

We don't refund post-purchase subscription fees - instead, our 1-month free trial is the validation window, so you can confirm CtrlOps fits before paying. For unresolvable technical conflicts, our refund policy covers limited exceptions after you've tried support. Billing errors and duplicate charges are always fully refunded.

Your locked-in rate stays the same on renewal of the same plan - we honour the price you originally signed up at. Public pricing may change for new customers over time, but existing customers keep their original rate as long as the subscription remains active.

Yes. Every plan is priced per user, so you can buy the seats you need on Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime. For larger rollouts email support@ctrlops.io with your team size and any compliance requirements, and we'll put together volume pricing for you.

Every payment generates a tax invoice - GST-compliant for India (Razorpay) or a standard tax invoice for international purchases (Creem). You can download it from your account, or email support@ctrlops.io if you need it re-issued with custom billing details.
