We do everything we can to make this the most seamless operation around! I offer consignment on all break cards (and happy to take in some outside cards, please see our Consignment! page for more information!), almost all consignments will go up same day for break hits.
I will also try and help you grade cards through PSA should we hit something nice in a break you want to send off! I AM NOT TAKING IN OUTSIDE STUFF FOR GRADING! Happy to send if we hit it, but that’s all the capacity I have on that front. I charge $5 per card on top of whatever cost it is from PSA. I will give you the options from them, the $5 helps cover my time to prep the card, supplies that PSA requires, shipping to them and insurance. You are responsible for any shipping charges and upcharges FROM PSA however.
Shipping and fulfillment expectations
I ship basically every weekday. Depending on the amount of cases broken, amount of cards in product and backlog it can vary. My goal is next business day or the day after, especially on new releases. However I am a 1 man team so please understand that and be patient especially on base heavy releases.
Break-specific policies
Cards go to the team that is depicted on-card (unless it’s a player break or serial then it goes to that player spot or serial spot). ALL CARDS SHIP UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED (Bowman Paper is about the only thing).
Refund and cancellation policies
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THERE BE REFUNDS AFTER A BREAK HAS TAKEN PLACE! I try to avoid refunds at all costs before the break runs as it messes up a lot but if it is absolutely necessary I will refund your spot BEFORE the break goes only if notified plenty in advance.
Claim and dispute procedures
I obviously try to avoid mistakes at all costs but they are unfortunately bound to happen. I will do any and every thing I can to make it right should there be a mistake. Anything that is shipping related I ask that we let the process play out with the USPS before I do anything out of pocket. PLEASE REACH OUT DIRECT on any and all issues, it’s much easier to handle things directly if I know what’s going on from the front end! Like I said, I will do everything in my power to make it right the best I can.
SERIAL ## RULES
You’ll get a number 0-9 and any numbered card for the team/spots in the serial card will go to the corresponding spot to the LEFT of the “/”. Any base, common insert, base refractors, etc. that are NOT numbered go to the last digit of the card number on the back (i.e 17 goes to the 7 spot). Any non-numbered autos or redemptions (unless we know that the card will be /5 or a 1/1) would be a random to all in the Serial ## Sub-Break. CASE HITS, TRUE SHORT PRINTS, SSPs, etc. THAT ARE NOT NUMBERED WILL BE A RANDOM TO ALL IN THE SERIAL ## SUB-BREAK!
If you want any additional insurance on your package, special requests on when/where to mail it, etc. I am happy to accommodate but you MUST reach out. I’m shipping 500+ packages A WEEK, so I can’t insure each package, or else I’d go out of business quick. If you hit something huge and want it insured, I need to know BY 8AM THE NEXT MORNING! I’m trying to ship next day on most breaks right now so that’s the only way to ensure I get your request. I am NOT responsible for anything when no additional insurance is requested.
