SSO costs vary by plan and provider. ## Common questions ### Do viewers need to sign up? No. They use the Google or Microsoft account they already have for work. If their email matches your company's domain, they're in. On the Free plan, viewers get a one-time password link by email. ### How does the seven-day Pro trial work? Eligible new organizations get Pro automatically for seven days, with no card required. An eligible Owner or Admin of an existing Free organization can start the same trial from Billing. Before the trial ends, complete billing setup in one step by adding a payment method, billing name, address, and tax ID if applicable. If setup is incomplete, nothing is charged and the organization returns to Free. ### Why does the free plan limit gated artifacts to 10? Gated hosting requires auth infrastructure we maintain per organization. Public artifacts are served without that overhead, so those are unlimited. 10 gated artifacts is enough to evaluate the product seriously — upgrade to Solo when you need unlimited gated sharing. ### What's the catch with unlimited viewers? No catch. We price on storage and auth capabilities, not seats. We want you to share broadly. Per-seat pricing punishes that. We don't. ### How does annual billing work? Annual plans are billed as one payment upfront — €150/yr for Solo (€12.50/mo equivalent) and €490/yr for Pro (€41/mo equivalent). That's roughly 2 months free compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual any time. ### Do prices include VAT? No. Listed prices exclude VAT. Stripe calculates VAT from your billing details and adds it to your invoice where applicable. Eligible businesses can enter a VAT number at Checkout. ### How do referral rewards work? When someone follows an eligible referral link, creates a genuinely new organization within 30 days, and publishes its first HTML or Markdown artifact, the new organization receives one €49 reward for an eligible Pro invoice. The inviting organization can receive the same, up to 12 referral rewards. Rewards wait on Free or Solo, never expire, and cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, used for add-ons, or used to extend a trial. ### Can I use more than one email domain? Yes. Every organisation gets the domain it signed up with, free on every plan – that's what company-only links check against. If your company runs on several domains (brands, subsidiaries, acquisitions), the email domains add-on lets Pro verify extra ones for €29/month excluding VAT, flat. It's added to your Pro subscription, so there's no separate checkout. Enterprise includes it. ### What's included in Enterprise? Enterprise starts from €499/mo and includes SAML SSO (Okta, custom IdP), 365-day audit retention, a signed DPA, SLA and priority support, and custom storage. Pricing scales with company size.
