How does the subscription work?

Deliveries are made weekly on your chosen delivery day (Tuesday or Wednesday). You can reconfigure your products and additional products weekly. Furthermore, you can pause or cancel your subscription weekly, as well as change your weekly delivery day. All adjustments for your weekly delivery can be made up until Thursday at 6:00 PM in the preceding week.

How are the products delivered?

You can choose Tuesday or Wednesday as your delivery day. Our products are delivered nationwide on your chosen delivery day. Our products are delivered chilled (not frozen). To ensure reliable delivery, we charge a delivery fee of 9.5 CHF.

Do I have to be home for the delivery?

No, you don't have to be home during delivery. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the package will be left at your doorstep. Thanks to our cooling solution, the package can remain at your doorstep for up to 12 hours without the products losing their ideal temperature.

How long are the products good for?

Our products are prepared completely without preservatives and are not frozen. The shelf life of the products when stored in the refrigerator can be guaranteed for 7 days from the date of receipt. For optimal enjoyment, we recommend consuming the products within 5 days of the date of receipt. If you are unable to consume your products within the given timeframe, you can extend their shelf life by storing them in the freezer.

How do I warm up my products?

Our products are delivered ready-to-eat. You can heat them in the microwave, oven, or a frying pan. Since our sustainable cardboard packaging is not suitable for the oven, the products should only be heated in the oven using oven-safe dishes. You will find heating instructions on the packaging of our products.

How does payment work?

We accept credit card and PayPal. Payment is made directly when placing the order. For our subscription model, payment for weekly deliveries takes place every Thursday. You can pause or cancel your subscription and the associated payment each week.

How can I pause or cancel my subscription?

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time via our website. Pausing or canceling your subscription by Thursday at 6:00 PM will affect the following week's delivery.
