Executive Draft brings together 8 vetted founders, owners, and CEOs to talk through real business problems, trade hard-earned experience, and hold each other accountable over a cold one.
Apply for 1 of 8 seats in your local chapter. Membership is complimentary for accepted members and fully sponsor-funded.
You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.
So who's in your five?
If you run a business, the honest answer is no peers at your level; the local Chamber meetings are a literal sales floor; and the person you'd actually want advice from doesn't know you exist. You're on an island.
Executive Draft is a seat at the table with like-minded peers, exchanging insights and real experiences. Vetted leaders, one city, one night a month, a structured agenda that turns a beer into measurable progress. Curated. Confidential. No pitching. No prospecting.
You'll bring real problems. Members bring hard-earned experience. The result is faster decisions, fewer mistakes, and accountability. Running a company is lonely. Stop making expensive decisions without experienced peers. Surround yourself with business owners who have been there and done that.
PRIVATE BOARD OF PEERS
Curated, local, no-BS. Set ambitious goals in front of people who'll actually hold you to them, and watch what real accountability paired with raw honesty does to your business.
MONTHLY IN-PERSON MEETUPS
A weeknight, 7-9pm, at a local brewery. No Zoom. No distractions.
ANNUAL SUMMIT (OPTIONAL)
Once a year, chapters from across the country converge for a multi-day summit, sessions, cross-chapter forums, and camaraderie at Great American Beer Festival, Oktoberfest, etc. Optional, members only.

Members stay for the ROI.
A major decision clarified and peace of mind.
Blind spots exposed.
A problem solved by peers.
Tactics worth borrowing.
A commitment to report back on.
Relationships worth having.
We draft the lineup:
We hand-pick founders, business owners, and CEOs in your city and match them by company stage, experience, and fit. No idea guys. No sales/consultants prospecting you. “Your network is your net worth.” Let us build the right one for you.
We schedule the meetup:
Your chapter meets once a month at a local brewery. The agenda is set. Your seat is reserved.
You bring the problems to solve:
Real numbers. Hard decisions. Hiring headaches. Growth problems. Capital questions. Your peers bring hard-earned experience, honest feedback, and what actually worked for them. Just operators helping operators.
Who should join?
There is a demand for in-person learning, camaraderie, and accountability in our remote world, and our local peer cohort is the solution. So who gets drafted and who doesn't make the cut in Executive Draft chapters?
Drafted: Full-time business owners, founders, CEOs, and presidents actually running a company.
Cut: People who want to sell to the room instead of learn from it. Consultants prospecting, "idea guys," and wantrepreneurs don't make it past screening. Strict no-solicitation rule enforced.
A startup founder and a corporate CEO hit the same walls: hiring, ops, scaling sales, margins, tech, etc. The size differs; the problems rhyme.
What is the pricing?
$0. Accepted members pay nothing. Executive Draft is sponsor-funded. Executive Draft is free to accepted members because our sponsor underwrites each chapter and makes high-quality peer groups accessible to local business owners without charging members. Members come for the room. Sponsors support the room.
We cut what you were overpaying for: bloated staff, downtown ballrooms, marketing overhead. You get what actually changes your business… vetted peers in the room.
We stay lean on purpose. A volunteer president runs each chapter, partner breweries host us, and you get the accountability without the country-club markup.
Nothing to pay. Membership is by application. We review every applicant to protect the quality of every chapter.
What cities are you in?
Nationwide. We focus on the second-tier cities EO and YPO overlook, and we're expanding. You will be placed in a local chapter based on availability. If demand is high in your area, you’ll be added to a waitlist until a new chapter has at least 5 members (5-8 is the optimal chapter size).
When's the monthly meetup and what's expected of members?
A weeknight, 7-9pm, at a local brewery. We email members exact dates and brewery locations.
Attend at least 10 of 12 meetings a year. Miss more than 2 without an approved exception and your seat opens up to the waitlist; there are always operators waiting for it. This isn't a networking event you drop into when convenient. Seven other owners are counting on you being in the chair to hold them accountable.
Is the group confidential?
Yes, confidentiality and a strict no-solicitation rule for members are enforced.
What is the exact monthly agenda?
Print a copy of page 1 and bring it to each meeting: Executive Draft Agenda

One evening a month, face-to-face with 8 founders, business owners, and CEOs who get it. No Zoom, no distractions, just your private board of equals. Real strategy, real accountability, real growth.
