No — Consentify runs on both iPad and iPhone (iOS 17+). iPad is recommended for the larger screen at the front desk, but the app is fully featured on iPhone too. There is no Android or web app for practitioners — clients still sign on any phone via QR code or link.
Yes. Consentify is HIPAA compliant: AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, and a tamper-proof audit trail on every record. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is included on the Elite and Empire plans — you review and sign it electronically in the app (Settings > Legal).
