I’ve been a builder at heart for as long as I can remember. As a kid, my parents encouraged my curiosity by handing me endless LEGO sets, and I’d spend hours transforming piles of bricks into new inventions. That love for making things took me right into the world of technology in high school, where I dabbled in coding and joined a tech art club. There, I discovered how seamlessly creativity and engineering could come together, especially in our makerspace, where I had the freedom to experiment and bring rough ideas to life.
In college, I earned the SWE Knowles Scholarship, which helped me dive even deeper into computer science. I’m still finding my perfect spot in the tech landscape, but right now, I’m gaining hands-on experience with a data analytics internship analyzing contracts and extracting key insights. This summer, I’m gearing up for a project management internship with a security focus, where I’ll get to sharpen my leadership skills and learn more about safeguarding digital environments.
I’m excited to keep exploring data analytics, security, and software engineering. Wherever I land, I’m looking for a chance to combine these skills and build solutions that truly make a difference just like those early days with LEGO bricks, only now the blocks are made of code, data, and big ideas.
