InstantNode started as a one-person operation in Germany - an Einzelunternehmen with no investors, no sales team and one obsession: performance per euro. We were tired of watching hosts charge premium prices for hardware that was years out of date, so we decided to do it ourselves: enterprise AMD EPYC processors, NVMe storage and a control panel we actually enjoy using.

That is still who we are today. InstantNode is built and run by people who host their own game servers on the same nodes you do. When something is slow, we feel it too - and it gets fixed. And when we say support is human, we mean you talk directly to the people who built the platform, not an outsourced ticket queue.

Our mission is simple: make high-end hosting - EPYC cores, NVMe storage, DDoS protection - affordable and instant. You should not need an enterprise budget to get enterprise hardware, and you should never wait hours for provisioning. That is the whole idea behind the name: your server is deployed in about 60 seconds.

Paired with the industry's leading DDoS protection along with our friendly and experienced support team, this is the way hosting is meant to be.

Over time, everything has become more and more taxing on server performance. A few years ago a gameserver could run a few dozen players on only a couple GB of RAM. The server software back then was nowhere near as complex as it is now, and that means on modern versions of Minecraft - or literally anything else. The recommended amount of RAM is at least 2GB, even if it's just a server for 3 Node Scripts.

But RAM is definitely not the only factor to consider. Software has also become more intensive on the CPU, meaning the hardware some hosts use, like the ones on our homepage, has become outdated by many years. We're able to offer the most recently available hardware at a much lower price point than competitors do for even half as performant hardware! If you're wanting to run any sort of project with only the best performance, even if it is just a small one and you don't want to risk facing issues, InstantNode is the way to go.
