In our own racks in Eygelshoven, Netherlands (EU) - close to the German border and the major Frankfurt/Amsterdam internet exchanges. Everything stays inside the EU, so you get low latency across Europe and GDPR-compliant hosting by default.

Anything you would run on a normal Linux or Windows machine. Game servers, websites and web apps, Discord bots, databases, VPN, CI runners - you get full root (or Administrator on Windows), so it is your machine to use.

Yes. The Server Importer in the client panel copies an existing server over in a few minutes - no reinstalling from scratch.

KVM is a fully virtualised machine with its own kernel - the most compatible choice, runs any OS including Windows. LXC is a lightweight Linux container, cheaper and fast for Linux-only workloads. VDS is a KVM with dedicated, pinned CPU cores - no sharing, for when you need consistent performance. Not sure which fits? Ask in Discord.

Your account runs on a prepaid balance. Servers bill hourly (or monthly if you prefer), and the cost is drawn from your balance - so you are never surprised by an invoice at the end of the month. Top up whenever, cancel whenever.

PayPal, credit/debit card, and a wide range of cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, DOGE, SOL, XMR and more). Crypto top-ups don't even require an email.

No. InstantNode is a small business under § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung), so no VAT is added or shown - the price you see is the price you pay.

No setup fee and no lock-in. Hourly billing means you can run a server for an hour or a year - it is entirely up to you.

Turn off auto-renew on the service (or use the cancel contracts page - no login needed). The server keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for, then simply stops renewing.

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on top-ups (see the withdrawal policy). Outside of that, unused balance stays as account credit for future services. Full details in the payment terms.

No. Mining is not permitted, and shared resources are governed by a fair-use rule so one customer can't starve the others. The full rules are in the terms.
