About Nikolas
Nikolas Lear is a student, athlete, entrepreneur, Concussion Awareness Advocate and Certified Personal Trainer based in Aspen, Colorado.
He is founder and owner of Lear Performance, a personal training and athletic performance company dedicated to helping clients build speed, strength, improve fitness, and achieve their goals through individualized coaching. Through his Instagram platform, @nik.learlifts, Nikolas shares training content, educational fitness tips, client transformations, and his own journey as a student-athlete, inspiring others to pursue healthier, stronger lifestyles and become they best athlete that they can be.
Nikolas is passionate about concussion awareness. After he experienced multiple concussions during his football career, he became devoted to raising awareness and supporting efforts to better understand the impact of concussions on athletes. His goal is to help promote concussion education, safety, and responsible protocols like he learned through John Hopkins at IMG Academy.
To give back, he raised $4,200, as his number in football was always 42, and dedicated the money to organizations advancing concussion research, education, and advocacy. Each September, in recognition of Concussion Awareness Month, he plans to dedicate a day of golf in honor of concussion awareness and use it as an opportunity to raise funds and awareness
Nikolas is currently a senior at Aspen High School, is on the Aspen High School Track team, and is serving his second term as President of Club Law, a student organization founded by Callie’s Backyard Foundation. As the CEO of Ajax Holdings 7, LLC, the parent company of Lear Performance, he is building a business designed to support future ventures and investments while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and leadership. Whether in the classroom, on the track, in the gym, or in business, Nikolas is committed to continuous growth and excellence. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, fly fishing, golf, track & field, and spending time with his dog, Rocky.
