We had a great experience with Daniel throughout the home-buying process. He was very professional, responsive, and always willing to answer our questions, no matter the time of day. Everything was explained clearly, and he made the process smooth and much less stressful. Daniel always went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. We truly appreciate everything he did for us and would highly recommend him to anyone buying a home.

Daniel was amazing & will always recommend him as a lender to my clients! He is always on the top of it. Very strong communicator and If any problem arises during the transaction, he’s always on alert & ready to resolve it! Graciela & Juan Both mentioned how they appreciated Daniel truly walking them through EVERYTHING So they can thoroughly understand everything. I Love my loan officer Daniel Prada & his teams, they were amazing. Especially Daniel, he went above and beyond helped me with refinancing my house. I had a hard time to find a bank that accept my loan application due to too much debts and my low income, But Daniel went out his way to make sure he find one for me. Fortunately Daniel found it, ít was quite a journey but we did. We finally closed the loan yesterday. Thank you for your hard work Daniel & 702 Lending Group.
