This company is fantastic! Vina, who is our contact at our condo for the management company is great great. She is approachable. She is very responsive. And never makes me feel like I am asking a stupid question. In fact, appreciates the questions I have to make sure things are done right in my unit. I would recommend them to any property that is looking for a property management company you would not be making a bad choice with Caldwell.

Vina Pabla, from Coldwell Banker, is the manager for my condo building. I had a problem with water coming up in my sink. Once I alerted Vina about the issue she got her plumbers from Coldwell Banker and came to my unit within 24 hours. I have dealt with many plumbers over my lifetime and I could tell these plumbers were professionals, they knew what to do, found the problem, got to fixing the issue and were done in record time. Thanks to Vina as well for attending to this immediately. I find her to be pleasant, helpful and knowedgeable. It is my experience that managers, over time, get weary of the constant complaints from the residents. I hope that Vina continues to be pleasant and accommodating when dealing with us demanding, and sometimes irrational, owners and residents.
