Takes 10 years to reply, initially told me a date and was 1 week late, everytime i send a message they either reply a few hours late or up to a day or 2 later, i recieved my thumbsticks and theyre okay, they aint as fast as other tmr sticks for the extortiniate price they charge, i asked if i can drop in my controller they said no yet they advertise people to drop in their stuff, theyre very slow and rude , i dont recomend, they charge top price and give the bare minimum, save ur money and go somewhere else, i wasnt gonna write this review but its been litterally 2 days since ive messaged them and they still havent got back.

I ordered a custom controller and the controller was great with back buttons and mouse clock buttons and triggers, it took a bit longer than expected but was refunded for the extra time it did take thanks to the great customer support through email! Might be handy to enclose a little picture or details on how to setup the extra buttons as it was my first time getting this type of controller. I would recommend and 1 year warranty on the controller is good peace of mind.

I would highly recommend communication is professional and a variety of ways to reach out and the response is clear and true to what they say. I had 2 controllers that Had stick drift and faulty back buttons they documented the issue and fixed the issue with ease. It saved me money, time and lengthy process to send the controller to the actual manufjacturer also the OG repairs have a 1 year warranty which is good in service as well as to mention they work on other 3rd party PS5 controllers othere than scuff and aim that might be faulty you just have to communicate to them first. I'm extremely happy with what was corrected 👍
