We had an excellent experience with Chris and Francesca at Nested Chislehurst and would happily recommend them.<br><br>From our very first conversation through to exchange, and now as we move towards completion, communication has been outstanding. Chris and Francesca were always friendly, patient, professional, and incredibly responsive. Whenever we had questions or concerns, they replied quickly with clear, practical advice, which made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable.<br><br>We were also really impressed with the marketing. The social media video showcasing our home was excellent and gave the property a modern, high-quality presentation. The preparation before going to market was equally impressive, with great advice on how to present the house to its best advantage.<br><br>When offers came in, Chris and Francesca provided balanced, thoughtful guidance that helped us make informed decisions rather than simply pushing for the quickest outcome. I had an extremely positive experience with Nested. They came recommended to me and they didn’t disappoint. Both Chris and Francesca are polite and professional, although I dealt mostly with Chris. Chris handled the entire process with calm, competence and integrity. He was efficient and composed always. I was very pleased with the balance between being open and approachable about more difficult issues, and still remaining professional and discreet. That helped a great deal during a stressful process. Communication was always good. This was the first wholly positive experience I’ve had with an estate agent from start to finish, and I can’t recommend them enough.
