There are numerous solar panel and battery installers in the market place today. Choosing the one that suits your needs is paramount. Jake from Open Electrical spent time with me over the phone to ascertain our needs (now and in the future) when it comes to solar. I recently phoned Open Electrical to enquire about a quote to have a battery installed and I spoke to Jake who was very helpful.<br>I asked if he would mind coming out and speaking to my husband &amp; I together and it was no trouble. Jake was punctual and very informative but not pushy.<br>We did gather other quotes but came back to Open Electrical as everything is done by them plus we were really happy with the price and how Jake took the time to go through everything with us.<br>On the day of insulation I received a text to let me know that Ash was on his way to install the battery.<br>I would highly recommend Open Electrical as they provided great communication and price and provided excellent service…

Open electric team did an awesome job installing my solar and battery system. Very clean install, the system works like a dream, on time, no dramas , clear and regular communication from sales and admin staff.

I worked with over half a dozen installers. Open Electrical are the only ones that correctly came up with a battery solution for my existing solar setup off the bat. Having a SolarEdge system, either needed the Optimisers removed or AC coupled. However AC coupled would put me over the stupid(As if anybody would want to discharge their battery in the middle of the day when solar is high, why?) Queensland 10kw limit. Anyway, competent technical knowledge from sales through to the install team. Professional install, very happy.
