My experience at Tender Return Bodywork has been phenomenal. I started seeing Kiara because of a sports injury and general muscle tension. Over the last year, Kiara has helped me recover from that injury. My body has never felt better.<br><br>That means. my body feels more flexible, less tense and I have a significantly better awareness of what my body is experiencing. Over the course of the last year, my overall movement and athletic performance has improved significantly.<br><br>Kiara is exceptional at identifying problem areas, treating those areas and then sharing advice about how you can continue to improve between sessions. Kiara is a holistic massage therapist.<br><br>Overall I would rate Kiara a 10/10<br><br>Knowledge of the body: 10/10<br>Identifying problem areas: 10/10<br>Trustworthiness: 10/10<br>Feeling after a session: 10/10<br>Attentiveness: 10/10<br>Skill $ Expertise 10/10<br>Communication: 10/10<br><br>I have recommended her to all of my close friends.

First off I just want to express an immense amount of gratitude to Kiara for the work they do. They are incredibly intentional and in tune with my body every time I see them. The body work feels like I am receiving a dance with the universe that I am consensually submitting to. The atmosphere, music and natural events in the rooms completely calms your nervous system and allows you to fully receive the work. I leave feeling grounded and on a cloud. Kiara listens to my needs and takes their time to really work on areas that need attention and also listens to my body and finds areas that I have overlooked. I’m definitely booking again and again. Best body work I’ve ever received!
