Her work centers on nervous system care and emotional balance, guided by a trauma-informed, heart-centered approach. Her clinic offers a quiet, supportive space for rest, regulation, and gentle reconnection — a space many clients come to see as their safe place. She is the founder of 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐄𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬 (𝐍𝐂𝐄), a toxin-free, small-batch self-care line inspired by the wisdom of aromatherapy, Western herbalism, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and Ayurveda. NCE was created to bring simple, intentional wellness rituals into everyday life through thoughtfully crafted essential oil blends and botanical products.
