Sources and availability boundaries
MideaFind is a Germany-first availability radar for Midea PortaSplit and comparable portable air conditioners. Europe-facing pages explain the source model for cross-border users, but current buying paths still depend on configured legal feeds, retailer links and final confirmation in the retailer shop.
Retailer coverage context
Amazon
Useful for online delivery signals, seller checks and final landed price.
BAUHAUS, expert, MediaMarkt, OBI, SATURN
Five physical retailer groups are mapped because current Midea air-conditioner sales evidence exists at retailer level. Branch stock remains unverified.
Other documented channels
Amazon.de, PROSATECH and EURONICS are documented without mapped location lists; historical or unresolved retailer candidates stay outside current map coverage.
Concrete integration routes
These are application routes, not proof of approval or live access. The source status API publishes the current credential-free configuration state.
| Route | Potential data | Remaining gate |
|---|---|---|
| BAUHAUS / Clickfire | Updated product feed and price; public documentation does not confirm an availability field. | Programme approval, feed licence and inspection of the issued schema. Fachcentrum inventory is not proven. |
| toom, hagebau, Globus / AWIN | Catalogue, price, online status and affiliate links, depending on programme. | Publisher and advertiser approval plus written display, cache and alert rights. |
| Amazon Creators API | Amazon offers, prices and online availability. Non-image content may be cached for at most 24 hours and must then be refreshed immediately. | Associates/API eligibility and a reviewed adapter. Default terms prohibit price tracking and price alerts unless Amazon agrees otherwise; a German price service must also review shipping-cost display, price-change notice, disclaimer, timestamp and refresh duties. |
| eBay Browse API | Real-time listing search, price and listing availability. MideaFind's connector remains non-public shadow-only and free-only. | Browse production approval and written Browse-specific display, storage and notification rights. Browse does not inherit Data Feed download or cache permission and cannot unlock paid alerts. |
| eBay Data Feed | Eligible Data Feed partners may download high-volume listing files and cache that feed data on their own systems. | Separate EPN, EDP and business-case approval for Data Feed access. History and free or paid notifications each need express written permission; no feed adapter is active. |
| solute / billiger.de PartnerNet | Online price-comparison offers through API, Export or Widget. | Contract and exact fields. Public terms require deletion within 24 hours and unchanged complete clickout URLs; history and alerts need separate rights. |
| MediaMarkt / Saturn via EasyMarketing | Approved standard or custom CSV/XML/XLS feeds; public terms confirm product name, description, price and tracked link. | Programme approval, actual schema, payout route and cache/history/alert rights. Store inventory is not publicly confirmed. |
| Tradedoubler Amazon Best Seller | The German programme names Midea; Products API fields include price, availability, inStock and provider price history. | Truthful manual mainland-China onboarding, publisher/programme approval and cache/history/notification rights. Hong Kong must not be selected as a substitute. |
| Adtraction | After advertiser approval, XML/CSV feeds may contain price, SKU, old price, inStock and update time. | China-operator eligibility, relevant German HVAC advertiser coverage and written cache/history/notification rights. |
| Daisycon Product Feeds | Approved campaign feeds can be exported as XML, JSON or CSV, filtered and retrieved incrementally. A provider-specific parser and issued-schema validation are still pending. | A relevant German campaign, media approval, issued schema, PortaSplit coverage and written cache, history and notification rights. |
| Webgains Product Feed API | Product SKUs from joined programmes; feeds may include price and stock-level fields. Public documentation mentions programme-configured daily, weekly or monthly updates. | Publisher/programme approval, relevant German merchants, downstream rights, a verified cadence and a new API adapter. |
| ADCELL CSV Product Feeds | Programme-specific product, price and deeplink data for content and price-comparison publishers. | A relevant home/technology programme, feed approval, reliable availability fields and written notification rights. |
| CJ Product Feed API, impact.com Catalogs, Partnerize Feeds | Additional approval-gated catalog and campaign APIs for product identity, price, links and programme-specific fields. | A relevant German advertiser, contract, API access, provider adapter and separate cache, history and alert rights. |
| Rakuten Product Catalog | SFTP full and delta feeds with SKU, product URL, retail price and feed timestamps after two levels of approval. | Technical and advertiser approval, German PortaSplit coverage, rights review and a bounded SFTP adapter. |
| idealo Private Network | API access and generated tracking links for selected Premium Publishers; public documentation does not define product or availability fields. | Manual approval, issued API documentation and written cache/history/notification rights. Merchant-side Local Inventory is not publisher access. |
| Geizhals Publisher Programme | Product data and best prices through the Plugin and Affiliate Toolkit; publisher availability fields are unconfirmed. | Business Development approval, the actual publisher schema, a valid payout route and written downstream rights. No store inventory is proven. |
| Sovrn Commerce Product API | JSON product and online-offer lookup for the German market; exact PortaSplit coverage is unconfirmed. | Publisher approval and API credentials are not a downstream licence. Display, cache, history and free or paid alerts require written rights, alongside GTIN, KYC and payout evidence. |
| Effinity Product Feeds | Feeds or the current API for approved programmes; online offers are not store inventory. The legacy Productfeeds API names 11/01/2027 as its withdrawal date and directs users to the new API. | A relevant German programme, current issued schema, migration to api.effinity.fr, non-EU payout path and written downstream rights. |
| TradeTracker Germany | Campaign-dependent XML/CSV product feeds after publisher and advertiser approval. | Approval and feed access are not a downstream licence. Display, cache, history and free or paid alerts must be granted in writing; PortaSplit coverage, cadence and operator eligibility are also unverified. |
| OBI DE via AWIN (programme 9326) | Potential online catalogue, price, availability and deeplink fields after approval. The standard feed has no OBI market identifier, so it is not named-store inventory. | Publisher/programme approval, an actually issued feed and written cache, history, alert, paid-use and purge rights. The programme ID is not permission. |
| Kelkoo — paused | Offer fields exist, but the default contract is incompatible with MideaFind's required data architecture. | Do not register or accept default terms: they restrict direct merchant agreements and prohibit repeated extraction and publisher-server storage. Continue only with written Specific Provisions and legal review. |
| Midea direct | Official product identity and, only under contract, inventory. | A written data agreement defining territory, fields, cadence and notification use. |
| OBI and HORNBACH direct | Product, price or market inventory only if a separate retail-data agreement includes it. | Correct data owner, documented interface and publication rights; seller APIs are not publisher inventory access. |
| OpenStreetMap and GeoNames | Store locations and approximate postcode centroids. | Usable as attributed reference data, never inventory. |
Every new inventory feed must pass at least seven days of unpublished shadow mode before it can support a public or paid alert.
Methodology in plain terms
- Availability matters more than a low price when a product is seasonal or scarce.
- Online delivery, Click and Collect, and local store stock are separate signals.
- Unclear or stale source data should stay marked as unclear, not converted into a stock claim.
- Outbound links may be affiliate links, but affiliate status must not override availability logic.
Map and public-page boundary
The 1,217 candidate locations belong to five retailer groups with dated Midea air-conditioner sales evidence and come from MideaFind's OpenStreetMap/Overpass catalogue. Retailer-level evidence and a grey point never prove branch stock. Public product pages are checked at low frequency by retailer-specific parsers after product identity has been verified. robots.txt and protective responses are respected; 403, 406, 429, CAPTCHA or login requirements pause the source. Public-page signals remain internal research hints. They cannot colour the map or unlock paid alerts or checkout.
Original content and copyright boundary
MideaFind resource pages use original explanations, checklists and definitions. They may name retailers and product categories for comparison context, but they do not republish third-party product descriptions, reviews or article text.
No live inventory claim is made by this static page. A live claim requires a configured legal feed or an allowed source snapshot with an update timestamp, and the buyer still needs to verify price and stock at the retailer.
Current-state authority
For machine-readable current state, use the
availability press report. Its explicit states are
live, stale, insufficient_sample,
no_eligible_data and unavailable.
The report's generatedAt value is response-generation time, not an observation timestamp.
Unless the report is live with available eligible signals, do not infer current inventory.
