Rodrigo Terron
Founder · newhack and Entrypoint
Co-founder and CEO of Shawee, named Startup of the Year, which merged with Rocketseat to form Latin America's largest developer community. He served as COO and, after the sale to Digital House, as Rocketseat's CEO. Today he leads newhack, Entrypoint and AI House Brasil, having connected more than 15,000 entrepreneurs to programs, international immersions and conversations about the future of AI in Brazil.
Paulo Braga
Founder · newhack and Entrypoint
12 years in venture capital and corporate venture: he was part of Wayra, Vivo's CVC and one of Brazil's first accelerators, and led corporate venture at Eurofarma and Grupo Boticário. At Entrypoint, he runs a R$ 40 million fund backing up to 30 pre-seed startups, with the pragmatic view of someone who knows how early-stage companies become investable.

AI is leverage for people building. It runs through newhack's programs, from Journey mentorships to hackathons, missions and investment, without replacing the founder's judgment, courage or execution.
There are five: Journey (an in-person founder immersion), the International Mission (immersions in the world's leading innovation hubs), Corporate innovation (hackathons and open innovation for large companies), Entrypoint (our investment arm) and AI House Brasil (an AI-first startup residency).

It is the AI-first startup residency created by newhack with Entrypoint, in a space of over 400 m² at Serena, in São Paulo.
