Big performance fix shipped on Osintly. We've reduced average search execution time by 60% and module timeouts by 42% across our latest production runs. We found an issue that was causing search performance to degrade over time, especially as more searches were executed. We also introduced query-aware execution ordering. Osintly now remembers which modules previously returned results for a query and prioritizes them on future searches. This means searches stay fast over time, while useful results are returned earlier in the execution. Still a lot we want to improve on the search engine, but this was an important one.

New Osintly Monitoring is currently in staging for testing! 👏 We've finally managed to build a monitoring solution that brings together OSINT intelligence and breach data in one place. Security Watch will continue to be included in all plans. But we're also working on something new, designed to go further, with higher limits and more advanced capabilities for investigators. More on that soon. Our goal with Security Watch was to find the right balance between simplicity and depth, something easy to use out of the box, without sacrificing the flexibility needed for more advanced workflows. Under the hood, Security Watch is powered by Osintly's Search API, combined with our own private monitoring logic. While Security Watch itself won't be available through the API, everything it is built on is. 🚀 Osintly now has more than 1,090 OSINT modules. We've upgraded our internal infrastructure so new modules can now be generated and pushed directly to our registry. This expansion includes new sources across social networks, forums, dating platforms, shopping websites, adult-content platforms, and more. 🇫🇷 France has just adopted a law banning social media access for users under 15. To enforce it, platforms will likely need some form of age assurance for users in France. Depending on the system, that could involve an identity document, facial age estimation, a trusted third party, or eventually the EU digital identity wallet. The law does not explicitly require every citizen to upload an ID or scan their face. But in practice, proving that someone is over 15 may still require highly sensitive personal data to be processed somewhere in the verification chain. That is the real concern. Age-verification systems are often presented as privacy-preserving and secure. Yet any additional identity layer creates new databases, service providers and attack surfaces. The timing is especially troubling: in April, the French government disclosed a security incident affecting the ANTS portal, with up to 11.7 million accounts potentially concerned. This does not prove that future age-verification systems will fail. But it does show why “trust us, it’s secure” is not enough.

The platform has faced repeated scrutiny over predator activity, unmoderated chat, and weak identity verification. Multiple lawsuits and investigations have pointed to the same gap. It is too easy to create an anonymous account and approach a child with almost no friction. Our new tool searches any Roblox username or user ID and surfaces the public footprint behind it.
