What is online pack opening?

You buy a sealed pack on a rip site and it gets opened for you, live. The cards are real: graded slabs and raw Pokemon cards you can ship home, vault, or sell back. PackSpy records every pull from each site's own feed so you can see what actually comes out of the packs.

Are pack opening sites legit?
