Research Internship Position for Doctoral Students: Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) Research
We currently have a Research Internship position open. Here is a brief overview:
PCOS Sisters Telehealth Clinic & Wellness Center is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Research student in a Doctorate program (e.g. DNP, Ph.D., MD, DO, PharmD, or equivalent) to join our team for a remote internship focused on understanding the complex facets of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). This internship is specifically designed for a researcher interested in women’s health and endocrinology, with a strong commitment to addressing the clinical and psychosocial challenges faced by individuals with PCOS.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are recruiting women who meet the following criteria:
– Female, ages 18–45
– Diagnosed with PCOS
– BMI between 25–38 kg/m²
– Not currently using glucose- or insulin-altering medications (e.g., metformin, GLP-1 agonists, insulin)
– No diagnosis of Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, or high cholesterol/triglycerides
– Houston-area residents able to attend in-person visits at TWU Houston
