Key facts, in short

Who runs it
Permitra is operated by Massive Dynamic Limited, incorporated in Hong Kong, Hong Kong Companies Registry no. 78076051.
What it does
Coordinates employer-sponsored work permits in 9 countries. Residence permits cover a partly different set. In all, 12 countries carry a permit route and 15 are served once visa support and company formation are counted.
How the work is done
Substantive legal work is performed by locally licensed providers in each destination country. One Master Services Agreement, governed by Hong Kong law, covers the engagement.
How you pay
Fees are invoiced from the portal in stages tied to documented procedural milestones. Every invoice sits against a signed agreement and a case number. There is no escrow and client funds are not held in trust.
What it is not
Not a law firm, not a licensed immigration adviser, not an employer, not a government portal. Approval decisions rest solely with national authorities, and no outcome is guaranteed.

Which countries can Permitra coordinate a permit in?

A work permit route is open in 9 countries and a residence route in a partly different set, 12 countries in total. The shortest indicative windows are below.

Who decides whether the permit is approved?

A national authority does, and only a national authority. Permitra coordinates the file; it does not decide it and cannot influence the decision.

For the largest corridor that authority is the Polish Office for Foreigners (Urząd do Spraw Cudzoziemców). The EU-wide timetable comes from the recast Single Permit Directive. The European Commission summarises it as follows:

The recast directive “obliges Member States to decide on an application for a single permit within 90 days instead of currently four months”.

European Commission, Migration and Home Affairs — A Single Permit for residence and work, on Directive (EU) 2024/1233. Permitra is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited by the European Commission or any national authority named on this site.

How do I check that a request from Permitra is genuine?

Every genuine request carries a verification code. Type it into permitra.io/verify and the page names who issued it. If a message has no code, it did not come from us.

Issued by:
Massive Dynamic Limited, Hong Kong Companies Registry no. 78076051
Code format:
xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-x — a shape, not a real code. 13 lowercase letters and digits; codes issued before the check character was added have 12. The characters 0, o, 1, l and i never appear. The pairs people mistype are simply not in the alphabet. Dashes and spaces are ignored.
Official WhatsApp:
+852 9290 0201
Payment channel:
A portal invoice against a signed agreement and a case number. Never a personal account, and never a wallet address sent in a chat.
Countries covered:
9 work permit routes, 12 with a permit route of any kind.

The long version, with the request patterns fraudsters use, is in the fraud-prevention guide.

Questions

What customers ask first.

Who operates Permitra?

Permitra is operated by Massive Dynamic Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong and registered with the Companies Registry under number 78076051. The registered office and the full compliance framework are set out on the About page.

How does the Permitra process work, step by step?

An agency or employer is onboarded under a Master Services Agreement, an order is created in the portal, documents are collected and checked against the destination country's requirements, a locally licensed provider submits the file, and milestones are tracked in the portal. Fees are invoiced against those milestones. The full sequence is on the About page.

Which countries does Permitra cover?

Work or residence permits are coordinated in 12 countries, of which 9 carry a work permit route; three further jurisdictions are served for visa support or company formation only, making 15 in total. Every published route is compared side by side at /countries.

What does Permitra not do?

Permitra does not guarantee that a permit or visa will be approved — those decisions rest solely with government authorities. It does not sell job offers, does not employ candidates, does not act as a government portal, does not hold client funds in trust or provide escrow, and never asks for payment outside a signed agreement and a portal invoice. How to check that a request is genuine is set out in our fraud-prevention guide.

How does the payment work?

Each engagement is split into milestones disclosed up-front in your Service Order — you only pay as we hit verifiable steps (case opening, regulator acceptance, approval). Funds are received as revenue for administrative coordination, not held in escrow or on a segregated client account. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.

Who actually processes my application?

Locally licensed providers in each jurisdiction perform the substantive immigration work. Massive Dynamic coordinates the case end-to-end — handling onboarding, documents, milestones, payments and communication — and remains your single point of contact throughout.

Are you licensed?

Massive Dynamic Limited is a Hong Kong registered company (#78076051). We are not a law firm, immigration consultant, or money service operator, and we do not hold a Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) licence. We coordinate with locally licensed providers who deliver the substantive services. See our Legal Notice for the full statement.

How long does a typical case take?

Most work permits issue in 4 to 8 weeks once filed. Residence permits and Schengen long-stay tracks vary considerably by consulate. We share a realistic ETA before you sign the Service Order — all timelines remain subject to government processing times outside our control.

What if my visa is refused?

Refund eligibility is set out in our Refund Policy and Annex B of the Master Services Agreement. Where the underlying provider refunds their portion, we coordinate the return to you within five business days of receipt. See the Refund Policy for the full pass-through logic and timelines.

How is my data protected?

Files are encrypted at rest, stored under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Cap. 486, and processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Access is restricted to assigned case officers, and you can export or delete your vault at any time. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

What if I want to cancel?

Cancellation before service commencement is eligible for a full refund of any amounts paid in advance, less any third-party fees already disbursed on your behalf. After service commences, fees become earned and non-refundable on a pro-rata basis. See the Refund Policy for the exact conditions.
